The payment machine out front wouldnt work. Had to go inside. To another machine that did work. Because line at drive through only had 1 lane open.

Fast convenient great location customer service is wonderful take patients with older customers. All around a good place to pay your bill and shop for new or used appliances.

The kiosk provides quick payment service. The only thing is that the kiosk dont provide payments for their appliances. It would be convenient if that as that service.

I HATE them!! They need competition. The people that work there are rude and where the hell is compassion? I HATE ALABAMA POWER and yes my lights ARE ON!

Replacing a gas water heater with an electric one. A very pleasant experience. The lady helping me was extremely helpful.

Though the staff were nice, it was not so nice that they would not accept my debit card for payment of a bill. They required cash or check only. This is Alabama Powers store so when will they get out of the stone age?
