I was excited to see a Michaels store because we dont have one around where I am from. I am sad to say I wasnt impressed by this location. It was way smaller than I thought Michaels would be and more expensive than I was expecting. The young lady who checked us out was really sweet though

Well stocked and clean! Make sure to check out their website for any coupons before you checkout. Workers were friendly and made sure to call for back up register help when there were three people waiting in line.

Great place for crafters.but the staff, obviously seasonal hires. Or maybe not a lot of training for new hires. But customer service was not the strong impression I was left with. Nonetheless, if people dont support this store, it will be another store closing for this community.

Staff was super friendly at this location and the store is twice as big as the one I used to visit often. That could be good or bad. More things to look at takes extra time and usually leads to more spending and more unfinished projects. :) I always check their website for coupons before I go. Sometimes they change from day to day.

Michaels is a family store that was very nice and was great for things like synthetic flowers and they have a great place for you to make wreaths and other flowers decorations for your home or even. They also have a great deal of things like pictures and wall hangings.

I love my Michaels...the staff is always helpful and friendly. Thats one of the reasons I keep going back. ALWAYS well stocked and clean. The associates STOP what they are doing and show me where to look instead of just pointing. Cashiers ALWAYS friendly and inquiries if I found what I needed. With coupons they offer its not as expensive as anyplace else. Its well worth a little bit more to get the help that this old woman needs. I. Look forward to many more trips to one of my favorites.

Excellent associate assistance, purchased every thing I needed for making arrangements for the cemetery. Things to make a fairy garden, beading tools. Very clean restrooms and displays placed to be wheelchair accessible. Excellent experience!

This was the first time that I had ever been in this store. The staff was extremely friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. I need a display case for my autographed basketball from Auburn Tigers head basketball coach, Bruce Pearl. They took me right to the item. I was in & out in no time. I will definitely go back again if I can ever think of anything else I would possibly need.

Go to Hobby Lobby. Hands down Hobby Lobby is a much better choice! Hobby Lobby always has great sales!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are kept clean and the shelves are tidy. They dont have as much stock as the Hoover or Hwy 280 stores, but make up for that with a slower pace and more attention to the customers needs. They offer the family classes and its just a short walk to either the movie theather or to a couple of restaurants.Make a day of it! 🌻

Never anyone to help. Had an,Eminem print framed and regret that as well. Mat over cut, certification not centered, charged a while you wait fee which still took 3 hours when i was the only customer at the counter with an off the shelf frame and mat. Still paid $100. Took it to Hobby Lobby and had the exact same thing done for half the price, but done properly in 15 minutes.

I love Michaels! One of my favorite places. Of course its supper busy during the holidays and it seems that there is not enough employees to work the registers and assist the customers shopping at the same time. Its expected for this time of the year.

Love this store, they ran 9ut of Christmas ribbon and ornaments right after Thanksgiving but I dont believe it was there fault it seems like people are spending more money than I have seen in years.

I love Micheals because I love crafting. The only issue seems to be its hard at times to find assistance on the floor. But when I am able to find a staff member they are helpful!

Went to Michaels for a specific set of DIY ornaments. They did not ring up the correct price. The cashier just stared at me like I was crazy. She moved in Slow Motion and acted like she was too stoned to be at work. The manager finally came and had to do a price override, even though the ornaments were displayed in two different places in the store at the sale price. What was supposed to be a quick in and out errand turned into a major ordeal.
