Our Ford F-150 back Doors wouldn’t open, so I came here to see if we could get them fixedThe clerk behind the counter was nice and helpful. When the first guy came out, he didn’t say a worker to me and blasted out of th lobby to the truck with another guy in tow. No greeting. No introduction. It was like I didn’t exist.They stood outside my truck talking and going over the doors.I went outside since they were talking about my truck.They decided I needed to take it to the Ford dealer. They cannot fix it.Um..ok. So we are suppose to believe your shop can repair a wreck, but not fix non damaged doors. We are also suppose to believe you can get parts for vehicles when you send me to the dealership myself?Very disappointed.Will never come back here
