Bought my 2020 ram August 2020 from here. Great and easy buying experience and have bought it back so far for 3 oil changes. Fair priced service department and quick in and out. Will be back next time of course. Rick is a solid sale dude.

I own a Business and have bought 1 truck from them since new ownership. only because the second vehicle we ordered at same time came in the wrong color. I still found another buyer for that vehicle also. I scheduled 2 vehicle to have a couple recalls taking care of and something else that was not done when we picked the new 1 up originally. I sent 2 employees there both driving each vehicle. When they arrived just to drop vehicle off, the service dept had no idea of the appointment that we had 3 phone conversations with them during scheduling 2 weeks prior on what they were doing. My guys told them they were there dropping off for service. When my employee called back 2 hours later he asked how we were paying, to my surprise as they were recall and warranty issues. I was informed that they had changed oil and filters and recall work but not warranty issue. Now is where my Major issue is. When I called service department the guy explained that my guys told them they were there for service and I told him That is correct the services that we scheduled not anything else at which point I was still calm. It was not until I received the Smart comment that If it were him he would have had the guys bringing vans in for service, know what they were having done. I lost it as 3 phone conversations with there service department to schedule this 2 weeks previously, they are the ones that did not have there stuff in order. when a customer calls my company and schedules service. We send our techs knowing what they will be doing when they arrive. I was given 2 smart comments in the 1 phone call and they are now 1 customer short. I am given 2 stars as they did just save me a future headache as we were scheduled to order 2 more vans next month & 2 more following year. We will be ordering from different dealership now. Thanks for that, I guess.

2020 Ram 1500. I was treated extremely well beginning with the first phone call to after-sale assistance and questions. I had a unique trade request and shopped around 3 different dealerships in total, the folks here were the only ones to actually try and put a deal together and make a transaction. To be honest Ram trucks were never on my radar but after driving a few and doing some research into the packages and options I found one I liked that worked with the math. Everyone i dealt with through the process was nice and helpful and Id certainly consider shopping with them again as i expand my business and buy some fleet trucks.

The service /parts department was able to acquire the part needed, fix our vehicle & get us back on the road very expediently. Carrie in the parts department was fabulous to work with, as well as everyone in the service department, the manager & the owner. When it is time for us to buy a new Jeep, we will definitely be shopping here and will recommend this dealership to friends and family!

I drove in from Gardendale for a oil change on Saturday September 19 because my sister had highly recommended you all. Upon arriving I was greeted with great customer service. Dustin assisted me with my request and was very nice. I stated to him that I normally put high mileage oil in my 2007 Dodge Charger. Well they decided to put Synthetic oil in it. On Sunday the 20th when I started my car up the oil pressure light came on and there was a tapping sound under the hood. Called Monday morning and was told to bring it back in. That great customer service no longer existed. I’m telling them what my car is doing after the oil change and they telling me about everything else that could be wrong. So they say they changed the oil again and I guess they used the Synthetic oil again because now the timing chain has loosened and making a terrible noise. I said it then and I will say it again... My car was not having these issues before I had my oil changed there and I don’t think they accepted the responsibility enough to make it right. A simple oil change may cost me much more than what it took to put the recommended oil in my car.

Called about a vehicle, was told it was available, drove over an hour to look at it, and when we get there they had sold it to someone else. I know it’s business, but to me if you have someone over the phone saying they’re coming to look at a car, you don’t just sell it, especially without letting them know it’s no longer available. Dishonest and the sales person that tried to help me find a different car was unknowledgeable about everything from financing/payments to what vehicles were even on the lot.

I made and appointment with them trying to handle things the right way my appointment was set for Monday at 9am . I called around 3pm to check on my call the lady said she was going to leave Mike a message to call me back never got a call. Its now Tuesday with no call from them concerning my car I then called tueday at 10:30 the rep then say Mike will call me back hours pass by still no return call I then have to call again and finally get Mike he tells me my car is in the back and he will let me know whats going on with my car. Its now 4pm still no return call I called back and got Mike again now they havent even looked at my car. I asked Mike whats going on its been two days they could have atleast looked at my car to figure whats going on with it Mike response was its cars thats been up here for two weeks so I guess that was suppose to make it ok. I refuse to give these people any money poor communication and the rep smart mouth killed the deal for me.

If this place has the same from finance managers and mechanics as liechty dodge. STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE RUNNING A REPO AUTO THEFT RING AND THE MECHANICS ARE IN ON IT. THEY POP UR LOCKS SO U CANT LOCK UR DOOR SO THE REPO GUY CAN GET IN IT AND UNLAWFULLY TAKE THE VEHICLE IN POSSESSION ONCE THE FINANCE OFFICE DEMAND MORE MONEY AND YOU REFUSE. THEY THEN MAKE FALSE REPOSSESSION DOCUMENTS IN THE NAME OF THE BANKING FACILITY THAT FINANCED THE VEHICLE AFTER THE BANK REFUSES TO GO ALONG WITH THE DEAL BECAUSE THE FINANCE OFFICE TRIED TO CHARGE FOR THINGS NOT REALLY ON THE VEHICLE.

If I could give them a negative number I would. These people, just like at least one other customer on this review board, saw my mother, ALSO A SENIOR CITIZEN, coming a mile away. She went to the dealership to get an oil change. Her car was paid off, free and clear. A traveling saleswoman literally blocked the doorway between my mother and the service section and coerced her into trading in her paid off car on a 2016 Ford Escape. They charged her nearly 30K for this vehicle after it was all said and done. 30K for a Ford Escape!!!! Her car note is $429 a month AND she is on a fixed income. I drove over there yesterday and was told that they could lower her payment if we traded in another car and/or give them some more money. They also shared with me that they went easy on my mother in terms of fees and finance charges. I left there while my temper was still in tact, but I called them today because this is all kinds of wrong. The owners son said, we didnt put a gun to her head. She signed the contract. This is a form of predatory lending and I plan to do everything in my power to make sure other elderly people do not patronize this dealership. My parents, before my father passed away, have purchased multiple cars from this dealership before it was Brady-Kilmury. I will do everything I can to make sure no more Elders get ripped off like this. This is disgusting.

Went to their service department b/c my a/c wasnt blowing cold air. Was told I needed an air compressor. Declined, went and got a second opinion at Voyles Dodge. Turns out, it was a bad high pressure line. Saved myself $600. Im assuming they wouldve told me about the bad line once they put the new, not needed compressor on.

In my opinion this company doesnt show loyalty to its own team and are less than honest. I wouldnt expect more from them as a customer. The customers I have refered to this location had such horrible experiences they told me they wouldnt let this service department change their oil if it were free. (Those customers are all now happy GMC owners).

This place...been dealing with them for a couple of weeks. They saw my mom coming, elderly in a mobility works van. Told her one thing was wrong with her air she paid hundreds to get it fixed then it was something else $300 more dollars later. Also, when the van was taken everything was working when it was returned the seat wasnt working. They told us to bring van back so they could see (mind you the van is needed everyday to get my dad to all of his appointments. Today his appt was cancelled). She dropped the van off this morning at 6:50 am and we got it back at 4ish. The invoice said it was a blown fuse. They replaced it at no charge. The first thing I did while there was check the seat. It didnt work. I went back in there and told the tech. The tech that mom has been dealing with went out to the van and wheeled it around and said it works now and it did. We live 5 minutes from the dealership got it home and guess what....it doesnt work. My dad is a disabled and this van is necessary. Brady-Kilmury....thank you for your service.

The service department along with their mechanics do not know anything about jeeps. Beyond oil changes they should not be allowed to work on anything. I have a lifetime warranty and have to use a dealership for all my issues. This dealership has changed hands at least 5 times since I bought my Jeep in 2009 and has had the same horrible service department the entire time.
