Having a repair problem outside your home state can be difficult but with great customer service people like Andrew at autozone inconvenience minimized and help supplied when really needed. Thank you Andrew for going above and beyond to help locate parts tools and warranty coverage. Also an apology and special thanks to one of Andrew’s coworkers who was also invalueable but I am unable to recall her name as a result of my crs she was wonderful as well. Highly recommend great people to dealWith thanks again!!!

Inocente and team were so helpful with my battery replacement. They were super patient when I called about my battery change and so kind and helpful when I arrived, even looking at it before having me turn off my car to make sure they would be able to replace it. The staff that run this place are awesome. I would recommend this auto parts store to anyone. They are always willing to talk through problems that you might be having with your car and aren’t trying to just sell you the most expensive solution. Very trustworthy and definitely deserve your business.

Thanks to the gentleman who switched out a battery this morning in the rain. Less than 10 minutes I was in and out of the store with a new battery installed. Great service

An employee was trying to help me find touch up paint for my car, which was not in the store. He wasnt sure how to look it up to order so he asked the manager. The manager was very rude and replied, I suggest you start by calling other auto parts stores to see if they have it. He did this without checking the computer to see if it can be ordered or if its carried in another location. He said this like he thought that I was stupid or something. I used to work for an auto parts store and this is a good way to lose sales and return customers, both of which happened in this case. The 3 stars I gave were for the first gentleman who tried to help me or else it would have been 1.

Theres not any time Ive been in the store where Ive been made to feel like an idiot. They always have exactly what Im looking for and then some, and the prices for the things that I need a reasonable.

The gentlemen here had helped me a lot with testing parts for my Ford Escape. I appreciate all they did, with my charging system issues. It turned out to be a PCM issue, and the charging system itself was fine.

Staff was friendly but I needed a specific part. Was told they couldn’t get the part. Went up the road to Advance. They did not have the part either but found the part for me and had it to me within an hour. Advance went out of their way to get it for me.

No issues when I got a bad coil from them swapped it out no problem!
