I purchased a vehicle, not even a year ago.... I went to take the Jeep in for an oil change, they did a routine inspection, and come back telling me my rear axle seals were leaking, and needed to be replaced. So I tell the guy I still have a factory warranty (because that’s what I was told).... the guy goes on to tell me the factory warranty was up a whole year before I purchased the Jeep, and the warranty the company gave me was up aswell.So I go home and read the warranty and sure enough it was expired, and as I looked at it the 30 day warranty for some reason it only covered the motor, transmission, and for some reason the rear end... which made me think they knew the axles were bad from the start..... in all I’m stuck with a $1200 bill for a car I have had less than a year.... did I also mention that the radio has to be replaced as well that’s another $1400#never again I would walk before I purchase another vehicle from Premier Chevrolet Bessemer

My experience here was pleasant. The young lady greeted me with smiles, and acknowledged my concerns. She was prompt with getting me to the person I needed to speak with. The rest of the staff was also friendly, and made the place feel inviting.
