The workers that were in there the day I went are really nice and helpful. However it would be very helpful if there were prices on the shelves and more in stock. Theres only two people working at a time and helping people its difficult to have to ask someone for a price every time you find something you may like. I had to search most everything on the website to find prices for the stuff that was actually in stock. Most of the nail isle was bare. It could be due to the pandemic Im not sure. But the prices not being there is not.

I am very disappointed in my visit today. The clerk never spoke to us, was sitting in the corner on her phone the whole time and then when it was time to check out she was clearly sick.

I purchased some color in Dec of 2020 and was told no returns at the time but save my receipt and when they did start taking returns it would be honored. I called here and there and was told on Feb 28 they were taking returns. I told them the date on the receipt. They said it was ok. So I drive over there the next day only to be told they cant do it. There were 2 girls and after I presented my return to the girl at the counter she told me she didnt know how to do it. Then the other girl left. She never asked her for help. She told me to come back another day when her manager was there. I asked her to call someone. She said ok but asked to ring up someone else before that. They told me it didnt matter what I was told when I bought it or what they told me over the phone, they could only give me a gift card. For the majority of the time I was there, the girl behind the register stood there staring at me bc she didnt know what to do. And they didnt honor the policy they said they would.

Young man was super nice and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. The shelves were a little bare to what it used to be.

I needed help finding a product and I spoke to Caleb of the Mcalla Sally’s Beauty Supply and Caleb went above and beyond to call a different location to help me find what I needed!!! Thank you Caleb for being courteous and professional!!

Customer service is really hit or miss here. I have went in and been helped quite well there then on another trip I was barely acknowledged at all. The last trip I made there was the end of the line with this store though. I wont be returning. I am glad they do have some employees who aim to help customers although the ones who do not leave you frustrated especially when you are a paying customer.

I have always loved to get all my hair products or needs at Sallys Beauty now the only problem is today I went & one girl was on her phone the other just didnt care terrible customer service they where no help I would say it is time for new employees definitely‼️

This review actually deserves no stars. Before moving this Sally’s has always been my go to but today after my visit I’m willing to travel further to a different location because the staff member (no name tag) was beyond rude! After asking for a specific product she pointed me to the direction and never opened her mouth. Then at check out I had make her repeat my total because she all but whispered it to me. I mean if you’re not happy with job just quit!

We LOVEEEEE this location! Sally’s is the place to go for all beauty supplies! No matter what you are looking for. They have GREAT prices too! The staff is always very attentive from the time you walk in until you leave the store! It’s so nice to have folks that WANT to help you, instead of them acting like you are forcing them to. My daughter and I recently shopped here and it was a great experience as always! Thanks Sally’s of Bessemer! Y’all are our #1!

Extremely helpful staff member, despite having a very large group of customers already in the store. Ive rarely been to a Sallys beauty supply were anyone was overly helpful or helpful at all. This place is the exception. Ive used this location several times now, delt with totally different staff members with the same results. Overly helpful and rather knowledgeable about most things beauty related. I go 10miles outta the way to go to this location. Enough said, I love this location!
