I have worked in customer service for 15 years, and Brooks at this location is top notch! She was working with another couple while also working with me and I never felt forgotten or like I didn’t matter. It’s few and far between to find the wonderful customer service that Brooks gives. Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed. All other employees I talked to were also friendly, so I’m happy that this is my local AT&T store!

I came in today to upgrade my phone and tori was very informative she even told me about the trade in value and got me a sweet deal on a new device. If you need any help go see Tori shes amazing.

The store manager Brian assisted me instead of having me wait for a free sales rep. Thats what I call customer service. He also had one of his reps come over and help me transfer my stuff. Smitty was kind enough to take care of that for me!! Excellent customer service!!!

Micheal was the absolute worst employee ever. I came in there to upgrade my phone. I wanted the 128 pro max which was $30.56 online he kept telling me it was $35.56. He said prices are different in store then they are online. Then the guy told me that insurance had to be put on the phone and i had 14 days to take it off but if i wanted to cancel it i had to call customer service. With that experience i got my phone and then i finished my transaction at the Hoover location where i got tv and internet and got the right information on the $35 phone. The rep told me Michael added a thing called next up on it. That’s why the price was different. By all means stay away from Micheal he will screw you over by lying to you. He also lost a sale for tv and internet. If you want a very good experience go to the hoover store. But if you do have to deal with Micheal please check your bill to make sure he is being honest. Worst experience ever.

Smitty was great and fun to work with. My phone was busted and cracked. He helped me reset my password and get my email up and running. He was very helpful. He also tried his best to retrieve some of my content all I needed was my contacts. If you want to work with a nice and respectful gentleman ask for him when you come to the store.

I decided to switch to AT&T from Verizon because I was having issues getting service literally EVERYWHERE! Jacquelyn was so helpful throughout the entire process & even stayed past closing time to make sure everything was good to go before I left! I got there around 6:30 after a long day at work & her positive, upbeat attitude made the process so much fun. It’s apparent that she genuinely loves her job & customers! I can’t recommend her enough!!

This ATT store is the closest to our home. We always go here for any issues and the reason is Jackie. She is the best. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The last time my husband and I were in the store he was very frustrated about his phone and she helped us. This was almost a year ago and when we visited the store on today she remembered who we were. That speaks volumes about her passion and dedication to what she does. Always used this store but never again. Went in to upgrade two phones and Michael was the guy who we unfortunately had to deal with. Before we had even sat down he had began the upgrade on one of our phones, adding the next up plan and phone insurance before verifying that is what we wanted. He quoted a price and I told him that didnt seem right. To late he said he had already done it and then proceeded to tell me I verbally agreed to it and he couldnt undo it. Told me all the phones come with those options and I could cancel them after I left the store. All lies. He could have gotten a reversal and started over. HE was rude and totally unprofessional. Cant ever imagine treating a family the way he treated mine. This guy needs more training or he needs to find another career. Drove to Hoover the same day and they fixed all the mess and trouble this guy caused. Avoid Michael at all cost as he knows nothing about customer respect and care. Nor does he know about the processes and procedures with AT&T.

I just wanted to share my awesome experience with purchases made at AT&T in Bessemer/McCalla.Michael Hill was my sales associate. Michael was so nice, helpful and showed he really wanted me to know i was an important customer. I was at the point of almost changing my cell service to another company but he was so kind and NOT pushy. He let me think about my options and also helped me with any issues that i had bc I don’t know much about technology. In typical AT&t fashion, a business associate called to confirm that the business that we needed to handle could be done at the AT&t store. I drive in from another city to meet him there only to find out that this is incorrect that the people we need to speak with or in another city and itll have to be conducted over the phone. I dont know if its because the staff isnt trained properly or maybe theyre just not concerned with wasting peoples time . Personally I believe that AT&t puts their focus on the sale rather than the service . Theyre all about getting you to switch over and promising you all sorts of things but good luck getting assistance when you have a problem
