The owner was very rude and I took some foreign coins to him first I called he told me he would look at them to bring them in .I took them to him and I guess he seen me coming because he looked at them he told me all he could give me was noose then 10 dollars. So I sold them to him .Two days later my daughter went to pick up some t- shirts and one of Canada bills he was saling for 75.00 dollars yes I looked it up and they any where from 75.00 - 100.00. I dont understand how people like that sleep at night I explained to him my house had burned down .

HORRIBLE customer service. Gave them an item to monogram on Wednesday and it is now TUESDAY and I am just receiving the bag.When I got my bag the words were crooked & the last two letters were smaller . I asked them if this could be repaired why was it not done beforehand because the mistake is very clear . I was told the lady doesnt look at the items once they are off the machine.Their daughter tried to argue with me and the father wanted to have a screaming match to tell me in so many words that I was wrong in the situation.

I had several transactions already with them. They are nice, honest and professional. Never had issue with the purchases. But this is the best place so far in terms of the price, service. I will continue work with them.

I have used them several times over past 15 years to monogram everything from baseball caps for the team to personal shirts. Ive also dealt jewelry with them. Jewelry was fine I was in a bad spot and really had no time to shop prices. The monogramming use to be quickly done and no trouble however about 6 months ago. I dropped off 2 items and when I returned to pick up they had trouble finding my items and when found there was a completely different persons order ticket with them. Thank goodness mine were correctly done as one item couldnt be repurchased!! They seemed either very distracted or just careless. I will not use them again.
