I bought a pool July 9, 2019 and from the first time I walked into the store it was a simple, fast and awesome experience. I knew nothing at all about a pool but Danny explained and taught everything I needed to know and more. These are great people to work with so if you are looking to invest in a pool you should definitely go see them. When I was shopping around for mine it seemed like everywhere I went told me something different. When I first met Danny I was telling him about this and he she if you can’t trust me then you need to go somewhere else. He has never steered me wrong. Also they have the best prices

Dont trust Fine Pools if you have a very dirty pool that needs restoring. I paid them $800 plus purchased what they recommended in store to get started for them to do a green to clean service of my pool. After almost two months my pool was in no better shape than it started. They never came out when they said they were going to, and made a lot of excuses. They refused to give me a refund even though they made absolutely no progress. I found a different company after I was done with Fine Pools. I paid them the same amount of money, and they had my pool ready in less than two weeks.

Dont hire a professional! I knew nothing about pools. Bought a house with inground, and this man taught me everything about maintaining my own pool! Just bring him a sample of your water once a week and he tells you exactly what to put in. Maintaining a pool is not as expensive as you think. Definitely recommend them!
