After the burial of my father yesterday we realized we had a lot of Amazon purchases that we had made for his comfort care could be returned . We had six separate returns and on our way there I told my wife I hope we get someone that has patience with sixty plus customers weak in tech skills . This store was extremely busy and after several trips to car we had a counter full of stuff and while I was trying desperately to separate and get this done with my wife and another associate with not a lot of success . This other associate stepped in and took over while simultaneously helping other customers that steadily streaming in . The way she performed her job and with the attitude she performed it was simply an answer to my prayer . I know even under that mask she was smiling and I am sad and I did not get her name but she was a blond Woman working at around 3.30 or 4.00 in the afternoon and if she is not the manager and or owner of this store she should be . I just want to say thank you again .

I have been coming to this UPS location since they opened. At one time, it was a really nice polite place with great employees, there has been decline. The employees have changed and so has the customer service and policies. I would pay for something to be printed and I would only get charged for the paper and the ink, now you get assessed a “computer use fee” even if you do not use the computer. It’s the computer that they used! And they tell you about all of these fees afterwards, I’m going to buy a printer. Will not be back.Owner,Excuse me but I paid for all of my prints. Furthermore, I did not or never have sat at your Computer to do any work much less for the hour you charge for. How many of your customers come in to the UPS Store for an hour. Dont add a bogus computer use fee, Increase the price for the time (5 minutes max) your employees spend printing. Finally, You should politely explain this to all of your customers before attempting any transaction.Thank you.

I have been using this store for some time and they have always been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Apparently, they have recently changed staff. I tried to return an amazon product in the original manufacturers packaging as per the amazon instructions. I was told that I would need to box the item for shipment or pay them $2.00 to have them box it for shipment. Again, its already in the manufactures original box. Fortunately, I had the printed instructions and was able to show the clerk where she was mistaken. She said well, we cant take it unless you package it or pay us to do so. I confirmed with Amazon this is not their procedure.

This store has the top of the line customer service. They are the Chick-Fil-A of UPS, theres always a smile and a pleasant atmosphere. They really do need to get the reward of the year for their service and I approve this message.

I just wanted to share my experience at this location. I believe the persons name was Mrs. Angelica. We needed a document notarized, when we entered she was smiling and friendly. I have been blown away consistently by the lengths these people go to to make SURE you have all that you need and that everything is taken care of quickly and excellently. I couldnt be happier, and Ill be keeping my box and business here as long as the service stays this stellar. I always wait to post reviews because most places lose consistency in the middle... I cant drive because of medical issues, so my husband has to go or take me when he is not working his two jobs. Twice I have called asking for not box key to be put in my PO box there so we dont have to rush and can go if they are closed. Twice now I have gotten down there after being told that they would put key in my box and there was NO KEY!!! I think the people there are really nice but dont do what they say, I really needed one thing I was going to get. Now my husband has to get off at 5(works way down 280) and rush to make it there. I got my PO box for a reason now it is just as bad as my mail man/women.

They advertise and show Saturday hours 9:00am-3pm on Staurday.I drove 25 minutes to this place and it was closed on a Saturday.So much for picking up my envelope.

The location is off the beaten path, but the staff is always quick, knowledgeable and responsive. Definitely nice to have them nearby.
