The staff are truly excellent. They are always upbeat and genuinely ready to help and get the job done. They dont browbeat their clientele and never try and sell you anything you dont need. Their facility is kept clean and orderly. They are prompt and courteous. I dont trust anyone else for my oil changes.

They werent the friendliest and there rock/screamo music was blaring the entire time. I had to sit in my car because COVID and my car had to be off; therefore, my window had to be down so I didnt suffocate to death in my vehicle on such a hot day. The music was so loud I could barely hear the person talking to me. It was also very unfortunate that they didnt tell me they were going to use premium oil and it was an upcharge of $15. The only time I saw that was after I had already paid for the oil change. I wouldnt mind paying a little extra if the people were nice and friendly and if the environment was better. I wanted to like this place because it is close to my house and you dont have to have an appointment but sadly, I wont be back. I have given them a few chances and theyre just not improving.

Number is wrong not speed lube and is reporting my vehicle on carfax when Ive never been there its fake will be prosecuting

Keith in the service department out back is hands down one of the best and friendliest mechanics Ive ever had to deal with. I recommend anybody who needs work on their car done to go see him. Hes fixed my wifes car twice this past year and both times cost me over 100$ less than anybody else quoted me.

Great deal on Groupon. Fast, attentive service. Oil change and tire rotation took about 30 minutes.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review. I will not give specifics, but the technician I spoke with was very rude to me having never met me before. I know others who have brought business here, and they have not had positive experiences either. I cannot recommend this business.

I love taking my little civic here. All of the employees are super friendly, I’ve never had an issue with any oil change I’ve received and I can roll through to get my tires aired up if need be. The young kid who’s always sporting the trump hat is my favorite :)

I have always taken my car here for the oil change but since covid 19 you have to stay in your car I was shocked at all the stuff that wasnt done. The only thing for 85.00 was they put oil in the car and didnt even check the level after that my tires were all extremely low one almost flat I took it to put air in it and it would not take any took it to the tire shop it had a hole in it very unsafe to drive had to be replaced. You could have your engine blown or worse die from unsafe items like tires not checked. I have told my bank I wont pay go here at your own risk. I recommend winners circle in Bethalto Il they are honest and know what they are doing.

Very polite and taking COVID precautions. They have masks that they use and maintain distance. You now stay in your car but I like that aspect.

I am not one to write reviews, but I do not want this to happen to another customer.My husband and I have used this establishment for many years. We even drive 30 plus minutes to get our oil changed here. Last month we got our oil changed there. A day later water started leaking into my car, soaking the driver and passenger floor. We took it to a local mechanic, who informed us that there was a tire air cap in the tube that empties the water from air conditioner. The mechanic stated the only way this could have happened if it was PLACED in there. So logically the only place our car had been was to the Speed Lube and the problem started the day AFTER it was there. So we will not using the Speed Lube anymore.

These guys are good. I came here just to get a tire rotation. Very quick service, and the rates for services are extremely reasonable. For simple and quick maintenance needs, I dont think they can be beat.

If youre driving a car with over 100k miles dont bother. They have a policy against higher milage cars unless you can show service history

My 80 year old mother got her oils changed there they over filled it by a quart .when she went back one had said yes it was over filled sent her to the garage in the back the man there said it wasn’t and was very rude to her and even broke her dip stick off and then said he would have to order her another one and change her for it . I always took my car there but I won’t be back.
