I wish I could provide a negative score. Dugger put my pool in 15 years ago. I relied on Duggers experience on where to put my pool. What a big mistake!!! EVERY year for those 15 years, I have had significant cracks! For the first few years I told myself the ground around the pool will settle and the cracks will stop. Never did.Dugger Pools gave me a line of BS on where to put my pool. Now, when I need them to come out and fix the cracks, they have that service subcontracted. The last time I checked they do not have an answer machine. Why? My assumption is they do not care enough about customer service. After spending lots of $$ on water, chemicals, pool crack repairs and upgraded retaining walls, I have found out that I need a structural engineer to come out to help assess my situation.Beware! There are a lot of wonderful pool companies out there. Please work with them. DO NOT LET WHAT HAPPENED TO ME HAPPEN TO YOU. DO NOT USE DUGGER.I
I get my water tested here, always. If I Ever have an issue they have always coached me into a crystal clear pool. Very friendly. Family feel.
John, Brady, and team are very good at what they do. Have worked with the team on several new construction projects and they are always easy to work with and have years of experience. If yours considering a pool builder in the metro east area- Dugger is your company! - Adam
The nice lady refunded my service call, and replaced the parts there tech broke on my spa. But I will never ask them for service on it again.
The service at this store is above and beyond. 5 out of 5 stars. Recommend.
Very friendlyQuick serviceHad fun shopping 😊
Helpful and Vickie will go out of her way to take care of your needs
Vickie has always been helpful and she knows what she is talking about!
Super friendly and helpful keeps me going back! These guys put the other pool place nearby to shame. Vicki is very nice and goes above and beyond. Prices are right in line with the other pool place.
Very friendly and helpful highly recommend. I have a aspen spa, they were just as concerned in getting it fix before the cold weather set in as I was. And they did!!!
No above the ground pumps
We love our pool and its perfect. However, as soon as the pool was in and we needed any help, they are completely unreachable. We have called and called but John refuses to call us back. Even when we want to spend more money with them, they wont respond. WE WONT BE COMING BACK
Called for repair to spa. Two techs show up instead of usual one, Gets part number of not working controller. Calls back two hours later. Part cost is $625, will take a three man crew to drain and move the hot tub, repair, move back, refill, stand around till confirm that it works. Total cost $1500. Check on line, retail cost of part is $225. Popped off side panel and installed in 15 minutes without draining or moving hot tub. Not sure if dishonest or just incompetent.
After several interviews with contractors, we chose Dugger Pools and have been pleased with our decision. They kept us up to date through our pools installation. Crews were professional, informative and extremely polite. Most of all, once they started project, they continued until complete, even in extremely terrible weather conditions. This was the biggest issue I have heard about Pool Contractors. Once they start, they dont come back for several days to weeks. Not Dugger Pools. We were filling our pool with water in approx. 10 days after we broke ground. Impressive for the size of job we had and changes I brought up through project. The type of pool Dugger offers is far superior then a liner pool that weve researched. This, too, was impressive and a huge decision factor.I would not hesitate to refer Dugger Pools to anyone who is interested in a pool.
Just left the store and Randy was very helpful, he tested my water and gave me a suggestion for my brown pool. Its already starting to clear up so I know were on the right track. Randy was very nice and helpful and made me feel like this wasnt going to be as big of a deal as I thought it was going to be.
Has to be best pool shop in the area. Never have I had such a knowledge person help me.
Not only do they blatantly price gouge (priced me $1,000 higher on a spa part than reputable competitors), they damaged my pool pump (confirmed by a pool expert) and refused to fix it.This a prime example of a shady pool company trying to make a buck.Joel is completely arrogant, rude, and works hard to cover his wrongdoings.
Great place to buy a pool or a Hot tub or pool supplies. The Dugger family and staff are the Best 🏊♂️
This company has very poor field service. Follow up and owner response to problems is next to nothing. Service tech is inexperienced, fabricates facts and has no idea about customer service in a prompt manner. There is poor communication from office to employees, employees to owner/manager. They have no answering machine or way to get messages from spa or pool owners with issues. Business is not pro-active with problems but reactive. Slow to react to problems and resolve. Showroom is just that: a show. The service and warranty work lacks severely. We have had many homes with spas and this place is the last on our list to be a repeat customer. Dugger pools is the last place to go to for service. If you need anything, find a another place to shop.
Always helpful even if you didnt have the pool installed by them.
Do not use Dugger pools. Horrible customer service. Contracts everything out, them blames everything on the contractor. Horrible customer service and zero respect for other people. Do your research and use another company
Great people and service. Extremely knowledgeable for pools and hot tubs, etc.
Family owned pool service company. They serve as designer, installer and maintainer. They take pride in their work.
Knowledgeable staff,fast friendly service.

Friendly staff and owner but prices are ridiculous
