This market is fabulous! The produce is always fresh and will last at home. The bakery is simply divine! The service members are friendly and always happy to you. This Schnucks is top notch. Thanks for being my neighborhood market!

Always a great experience. Shelves are consistently full of product and theres never a drowning employee. The deli is top notch and the food is always neatly displayed. Theyre a hidden gem considering Wood River is always out of basic grocery items. And with the Alton store in perpetual chaos on a daily basis, this location is a nice reprieve from the local Walmart.

Bethalto loci has gotten a bit sketchy. Wood river surprisingly better. Meh on 2nd try I take it back. Closing at 9 probably helps

Rude bakery worker. Wont be back. I have shopped here since it has been schnucks. Walmart and Aldis in the area. I was told to go to Edwardsville- I will but wont be to Schnucks. Many options in Edwardsville. It is a shame one employee can ruin a shopping experience. You have lost a customer.

Wow! This store is huge, well stocked, and very clean! The fruit I purchased was delicious and beautify displayed! Enjoyed my quick visit, and will be returning soon!

This is a nice size supermarket consider in a smaller town. Meat & dairy products seems fresh too.

I usually go in the evening before closing.. about 8 or 9.. find it annoying for employees to be conversing with each other instead of calling up next customer.. but I really should start looking at names because they all dont do that.. but it happens often.. person in charge usually involved..

90% of the time Igo to get something from this location they are out of dont stock it. If theyre going to charge double Walmart they better at least be stocked. Schnucks would have done better just leveling the building and make a full size store. Only plus is great employees.

I have noticed Schnucks has stopped carrying some things. Shop and Save always took the customers requests for items. Schnucks no longer carries Delight Coffee Creamer, Amaretto. They used to have it. If you request, you are ignored.

I mostly go for the meat department. Great selection.

Always good when you order fresh fried chicken 🐔 and you have to wait a couple minutes for it to finish cooking, second time Ive ordered and had to wait.. If Im in the area and need fresh chicken 🐔 this will be my go to place.. Thanks Schnucks, very much appreciated..

Scnucks carries quality products, and has some good sales. Normal prices are usually higher than Aldi, but comparable or less than Dierbergs.

Just an overall great experience. Good people, good prices and a genuine welcoming atmosphere.

Employees went above and beyond to help me get a electric cart due health issues. Clean store, helpful staff both front and in meat dept. I love Schnucks! With all the recalls on meat and other things it seems like Schnucks doesnt sell the items recalled like prepackaged ground meat. I love that you can buy fresh grind beef. Thanks Schnucks!

Not happy. All departments should have employees able to cross over to another department with competence from opening to closing. Not,,, they will be back tomorrow at 9 a.m. Very disappointed!!

I love this Schnucks and i appreciate the remodeling but they are usually out of what i need lately. I understand with everything that is going on and i will still shop there because the customer service is great its just frustrating.

Schnucks always seem to have more stuff stocked than Walmart.

Its smaller than the average Schnucks and Ive got burned a few times by buying things that I realized were well past their expiration date only after I got home. That doesnt seem to happen at the other Schnucks stores I shop at. My bad for not checking dates at the store, lesson learned.

Smaller store so not as large a variety, but very friendly people. Always have everything you would need for every day shopping trips. Also, only place I can find the unscented version of Fresh Step litter. I cant stand the scented type.

The employees are friendly but the customers are always jerks. Their milk always tastes weird and I dont feel very comfortable buying meat from there either.. Ive had some bad experiences

Prices are a little higher, but Im used to shopping at Walmart. There is a great variety of items. I love their store brand orange juice. The store is always very clean too.

With the expansion this is finally the Schnucks, this town needed.

Had a disappointing visit, had to call...ok _ then explained to management that it seems we were over charged on a few items... ok_ said to come in and he would take care of everything that was explained clearly to him ... OK!After trying to manage sometime to get up there_ I couldnt till the next day after I missed off a few hours of work coming back to town to be told different from what was said in the phone, and that was after I finally got him to remember talking to me 1 day before, acting like he didnt know what I was talking about at first ... Wasted my time, time is money that I missed out on from work + the money we spent going there in the first place !My $$$ will not be be spent at this place again, along with my familys- $$$ also a few of my friends-$$$ ... ...
