Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. I wasnt able to get what I needed but they suggested a place that might have it.

Great people here, super nice, ALWAYS helpful. if they dont have what you need they generally offer another idea or tell you somewhere else to go. I love this place.

Prices are high selection is great customer service is usually pretty good although the last two times long lines for checkout while other workers stand over by the service desk doing other work. Matter of fact the other day I had to say something to the other workers for them to come over and start helping the girl check people out because the lines were so ridiculous.

I love Ace!! It is a shame we have to drive to Bethalto for them! I get my needs there but theyre the only GOOD Traeger Dealer! They are pretty much the only place that has anything around here PLUS there are individually owned... I get Flowers here and the flower place on Godfrey rd b/c small business means something to me!

Sometimes, you want a personal touch and you aint going to find it at the big box stores. Thats what I love about this place, they always take the time to help you find exactly what you need . Please support these smaller stores, because once they are gone - you can kiss good service goodbye !

Poor customer service. The basically told me I have no idea what I’m talking about. I’ve been in my field for 20+ years and I was talked down to and when I told them they were wrong about tinting ceiling paint they told me they couldn’t do it. I made a call to my Behr rep and my Sherwin williams rep and both agreed with me. Like I said I’ve been in the painting business for 20 years. I think the paint dept needs more education. Vic was argumentative and rude. I will never buy another item from this store. I’d rather drive another 10 miles to Home Depot.

They have Ace prices, but this store is close to home well stocked and the staff is 100%

I visit here weekly to get parts quickly for apartment maintenance. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to help you. Normally have exactly what I need, if they do not they will order it for you. Highly recommend!

The workers r very polite also very helpful and show you exactly what u need they most certainly have been trained well cause they knew what they was talking about.

Easy place in town for tools

I had gone in there today to get a key cut for my car, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. The manager Todd spent nearly an hour taking care of me, as well as an employee named Victor helped in the process as well. Both very friendly, helpful, and informational. I recommend Ace to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

I dont appreciate having to wait in line so long. There were other cashiers that could have helped out, but the supervisor, the tall dark haired guy completely looked past the fact that there was at least 10 people in line and did nothing. The line went clear to the back of the store.

This store has the best customer service Ive ever seen in a hardware store! My boyfriend called yesterday and today with multiple questions asking about parts and for them to get them and hold them for him and they did with no problem located what we needed when we needed it. Would recommend this place for anyone we will definitely be going back even though its 45 minutes from our house it is worth the drive

Todd, I think was his name went well and beyond helping me today in checking out tractor blades. Jessica helped me a couple days ago. I dont like to shop, and I love them for that. They do it for you with a great attitude.

They have an outside cashier and the garden center which is good for social distancing that you dont have to go into the store.

Great garden vegetables to plant. Such a great price too.

Just like every other Ace Hardware Store Ive been in, they have everything in the world and the employees know exactly where everything is. So if youre looking for something out of the ordinary or something maybe hard to find I would definitely get here before the big box stores.

I like to spend my money outside big box stores......that said was in last wenesday and asked the guy in parts dept a question he had no time for me or my question...i will not be ever going back because of one bad employee....today im having to go buy a weedwacker and chainsaw and going to farm and home instead .....as treated with respect
