Ordered what was supposed to be a lovely bouquet and flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. Haven’t been able to see her in a long time and wanted to surprise her with something nice. She never received anything and they never answered the phone. I placed the order last week. Very disappointed and put a damper on Mother’s Day. Order from somewhere reliable.

My Mother in-law never received her flowers on Mothers Day. She had to wait for the next day. I was very disappointed. The flowers that finally showed up the next day were beautiful just a day late and a dollar short. If they take your order, and your money deliver it on time. Period!

Horrible customer service. The man who took my order was very rude and arrogant. Up charged me $40 more than what I wanted to pay and took my credit card without telling me what I was going to get for flowers. Asked them to take a photo of the flowers they are going to give me. No response and I had to call them to make sure they deliver my flowers. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I had no clue these beautiful arrangements were being made near me! I have gotten them for 3 occasions now... my mom, my grandma, and my wife really loved them and so did I. Really recommend getting these if you want to leave your loved ones breathless.

Worst delivery flower service Ive ever seen. We planned to go out with my wife for our anniversary. I called these imprudent staff one day before.They promised me that we were going to be the first delivery of the day however no one showed up till 4.00pm. they messed up the whole surprise. amateurs!@#$%^

Friend ordered flowers for me that I never received and she experienced extremely rude customer service. Be sure to look at the yelp reviews - much more accurate than these on google. Do some digging in these google reviews and you’ll see that the same people left more than one 5 star review with the same comments - I assume to drive up this rating. It’s not accurate.

I chose to call this place directly versus 1-800-FLOWERS based on the reviews and could not have been more disappointed with the service from this place and with Randy. I called on a Wednesday for a delivery to take place the following Monday morning. I was going to be out of town and my wife, who has been out of a job for quite some time, was starting a new job and I wanted it to be very special and surprise her. (If i was in town, I would have made the delivery in person.)The first time I called, the person on the other line answered, “Flower shop...” No greeting, no name of the store, not even his name. Each time I called, this is how he answered. I explained the scenario and how important it was that she get the delivery Monday morning. I clearly gave him the name of the business, the address, 2 names and numbers to call if there were any questions, (because I was out of the country) and specifically requested the flowers be delivered in the morning. After a snarky response (like it was a really unreasonable request), I said, “If was not possible, I would contact another florist.” He said he would include it with the mornings deliveries on Monday. At lunchtime, on Monday, i contacted my 2 colleagues who were happy to assist me and neither of them had received word of the delivery. I contacted the florist and spoke to someone different. He apologized, said he would reach out to the driver, and follow up with me. I never got a callback. I called at the end on my wife’s first day, and she did not get the delivery. I finally got a text message from a colleague that they were delivered to the wrong place. I called the florist again and left a voicemail. Still no call back. I called again and respectfully voiced my anger that this was a complete bomb of the surprise that I had planned for my wife. I wanted a refund and was told that I HAD TO CALL BACK, because the boss, Randy, is the only one who can authorize a refund and probably wouldn’t call me. I’m not blaming this person as it seemed to me that this was the protocol put in place. I called back at the designated time and left another message to have Randy call me. The plant was delivered to the correct address the next day; however, I still have not been contacted. Definitely think again before ordering from “Flower Shop...” This is not a place worth your time or money. It does not seem like they care about their customers, and they make you feel like your simple requests are such a burden!

0 stars if possible. This place is a fraud. Ordered an arrangement for a friend who lost his mother to Covid-19. Was never delivered, and when I called to ask, it sent me to a full mailbox and hung up. Not a legitimate business. No way to even email the company. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.

This business is questionable. Click on any of the writer of any of the 5 Star Reviews and youll see that they all review the same flower shops. Those same list of flower shops can be found on the bottom of their own website. I ordered flowers for Valentines Day, but they did not arrive until after 9:30pm. I called their phone number multiple times. There is no answering machine that states the businesses name, just a message stating this mailbox is full. If you go to the address listed on their website there is no flower shop. As I mentioned, the flowers did finally arrive, and they are pretty, but the note that I wrote was not included. And, 9:30 is a very late delivery.I would not order from them again.

I originally placed an online order but forgot to put the discount code to get the 15% sale. I called the shop the next morning and I was told the only way to effect the discount was to have them cancel the original order which they supposedly did and then for me to reorder which I did. Now I’m charged twice for the same order for which I did not get a refund on my CC for the original order despite calling them twice and emailing them twice. I now have to go through the credit card dispute process.Update: I went through the credit card dispute process. My original web order was refunded a month after the double charge. It was a hassle but its all resolved. The lesson is that the web portal billing process is disconnected from the florist, so its very difficult to get a refund through the florist. If you order directly from the florist by phone by their local number, its easier to fix with them if something goes wrong IMHO.

This flower shop has very good quality flowers. The flowers were extremely fresh and healthy. If anyone wants fresh flowers from a flower shop in the area this is the place.

The notes on their ordering page apparently do not transfer to the delivery folks correctly, so if you have specific instructions I would suggest relaying it through a phone call rather than relying on the ordering page. I had two good orders in the past year but my last order did not arrive on time. The person i spoke to on the phone could not give me any details on when to expect a refund. Please make improvements unfortunately I will be choosing a different florist from now on.4/30/18 - And i still do not have a refund. Each time i call i end up talking to someone who says to call again and speak with one of the owners. I have lowered my rating as this has been a terrible experience.

I ordered a floral arrangement back on 4/24/18 and paid with my credit card over the phone. The arrangement was delivered as requested however I was charged twice for the same order. I called and spoke with the owner who said he was out of the country but would take care of issuing me credit the next day. That did not happen. I waited 2 weeks thinking it might take time to show up but when no credit was issued I called again last week. Again I was told a credit would be issued. As of today that has not happened. I will never use Ariel Florist again and I will notify all of my family and friends in the area of my situation.

They didnt deliver flowers on the date promised. They didnt want to refund our credit card charge. However, they just emailed me that the flowers were delivered. ... 4 days late! Now their phone system is down. Will never use them . again.

Called at 7:30AM for same-day delivery (within 5 miles). They said it would be delivered that afternoon.They charged my card. It never got delivered. I called the next morning to ask why and the answer was that it was late in the day, they had a busy delivery day and thats why it wasnt delivered as expected.I suggested that next time they could actually call the customer and let them know why they wouldnt be holding up their end of the deal. Seems like a reasonable effort on the part of a business providing goods & services.They were obviously offended by my Google review of their business that instead of making it right, they called to say they were refunding my money, cancelling the order, and suggested that I use another florist.I suppose this is what you do when your business is so good that you can dispense with customers at will.

Don’t waist your money! My husband ordered me flowers with 2 balloons for Valentine’s Day, and no delivery that day, so he called and no answer, he end up buying flowers from somewhere else, he sent an email to complain and cancel the order in the evening, he also called the day after and they said they will not refund him, the flowers has been delivered a day after the 15 th at noon, they were not fresh and mostly damaged, and no bloons and no card. I’m so unhappy and I will not stop saying all what I think in all my blogs and around me until they show a minimum of consideration to their customers...
