You must stop by Follain at Bethesda Row! The ladies that work here are very helpful and patient with you as you try to figure out which skincare products work for you specifically! Follain makes clean beauty so so easy. When I walk in the store, I know I dont have to read any labels or worry about a single product they sell because its all been researched for you ahead of time!! Huge bonus: follain is focused on educating the community and it makes them the absolute premier clean beauty shop in all the land. Go visit them and pick up some goodies! You wont regret it!

I love everything about Follain! The non-toxic beauty products, the very helpful and knowledgeable employees, and the workshops! The store is beautiful, clean, and very inviting. You walk in and feel at ease and know that everything they sell is free of yucky chemicals and other toxins. Cant say enough good things about Follain!!!!

Follain was our second beauty boutique stop of the day and while we had a nice experience at the first shop, we found ourselves wishing we had started at Follain. The layout of the store is so smart in terms of them grouping products by type (i.e. cleansers, toners, moisturizers, masks, etc.) and then sub categorized by skin type (dry, oily, normal, mature). Makes it so easy to navigate for customers who prefer limited interactions with sales people. Ill tell you though, the sales people couldnt be more amazing. Sadly I cant recall the names of the particular ladies who were present the day of our visit but they were so genuine in caring to understand what our needs, wants, and budgets were. They didnt push any particular products and even made suggestions on alternate ways to try products we already had at home before investing in something new.Today I made a call for a reminder of which makeup lines they carry, and coincidentally found myself on the phone with Sarah, their makeup consultant. She gave me so much time and information further emphasizing how great they are. If you are interested in converting to green beauty or have already begun to but want to see/swatch products in person, Follain is a GREAT place to start.
