We loved this store. Edward was wonderful and provided excellent customer service. He was incredibly patient despite our two toddlers running around the store. We were very happy with his service.

I did not visit this store, I am being impersonated. Sleep number should do a good job at checking ID before fulfilling an order. I live in Illinois and someone is using my name in a store in Maryland and Sleep number cannot verify identity. I have tried contacting Sleep number on this but no body is answering. How is my identity and my account protected by such a porous organization? I do not recommend you guys to anyone.

We arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing. Sandra was helping another couple. We knew what we wanted; no sales pitch needed. When she finished with the other couple, it was closing time and another customer walked in. We had already told her what we wanted. She helped the last customer & sent her on her way then had us completed promptly. She needed to leave to get her child. Oh my, If Id known, I wouldnt have taken so much time. She didnt hurry us or pressure us. Fantastic customer service and all with a wonderful smile. She answered every question!!! I get my bed next week!!!

The Montgomery mall location was new and it is very cozy and relaxing ambiance. It was our first time to check out a sleep number bed store. We were satisfied with our experience there. Sandra was our sales representative and she was very helpful and flexible in working with us in our budget and what we want. We have not received our bed yet and we hope that we will be happy and satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend the place.

Remarkably helpful staff and management.Worked closely and politely with us and manufacturer to substitute a split CA King set for our split King set, at no additional cost to us. And swapped out our King sheet sets for CA King sheet sets.If you are taller than 6 feet, buy the CA King, otherwise your feet will hang off the end of the bed if you raise the back to sleep, read, etc.Sleep tight.

I would say there were 2 parts to our visit:1) Information/testing - The associates were very helpful in providing general info about the remote, the beds, & available options.2) Cost/Payment - Once we decided we wanted to purchase, it was a bit challenging to get quotes that didnt include a LOT of hidden costs. Just trying to get the associate to confirm the main differences between C4, C2, i8, and iLE was nearly impossible, making it difficult to make an informed decision.We did purchase a bed, but the associate still managed to slip in additional items that he implied were included in the price, so we ended up paying $800 more than what he quoted. It was like buying a car...Bottom Line:The beds are AMAZING, but be VERY meticulous when reviewing the contract because they will slip in things that you dont need (like $200 sheets).

Store personnel are very friendly, courteous and competent. The sales person listened carefully to my needs and didnt try to sell me things that I didnt want. I just purchased my third sleep number bed from this store. My first purchase was made 19 years ago. I currently sleep on that mattress and it is still very comfortable.

Our current matress is about to turn 10 years old, so we have started doing the homework to purchase another. The store attendant (Charles) was very helpful and answered all our questions. He also gave us an written estimate. With all the different mattresses that have come into the market in the past five years, we anticipate that we will need to try several brands before making a final decision.

Jeff did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him. He was absolutely professional and got us a great deal on the tempur-pedic mattress.

Horrible experience. They charge excessive prices for the non-refundable items and only emphasize the items that are refundable in marketing their refund policy. As soon as I informed them about how bad the bed has been for my wife, the manager immediately identified back-related issues with the base they sold us -- but of course it would have been nice to hear about those points before we got stuck with a four-figure non-refundable tab. Ill take the other mattress stores any time over this outfit.

Their beds are so comfortable. I had one for over 20 years and now wsnt a new one.

Horrible delivery. If you get a bed from here expect at least 2 weeks and make sure you understand the 4 hr delivery window, not 1 hour window as they provided us. They did not deliver in the 1 hr window as promised the day before, but instead showed up 3 hrs early and claimed it was a 4hr window, then we were told it will take another 2 weeks to deliver. Called customer service multiple times which had extremely long wait times and they could not rectify the problem. Basically were stuck waiting another 2 weeks or wasting time returning it and shopping elsewhere. Bottom line: Beware and have patience as they will not work to fix the issue. I can only imagine the problems returning something.

Andrew is an awesome associate who clearly and professionally took us thru the various Sleep# bed/mattress combos. Quite a sleeping system, though not inexpensive, but with a 25 year warranty and white glove delivery.
