Im a contractor. I do not have a rep for beacon. I called in with some questions about slate for an urgent repair and the person I talked to was helpful, patient, well spoken and knowledgeable. I dont remember who I spoke to.

Well stocked, prompt service

I came to roof center to buy some in stock material. Glue and some other items for fixing EPDM roof. I wasnt sure how much stuff will I need, so on an advice from sales personal I bought more with the idea that Ill come back and return items I didnt use. Well, when I come back, I was charged 20% restocking fee. None of this was displayed on a sales receipt, or any other document, neither I was told that by sales people. With no other choice I paid restocking fee, but next time Ill take my business to a different place. Hard to believe with such a policy stores like that can survive. Just a heads up, If you buy something and return it be ready to waste 20% of your hard earned money.

This roof center supply is an abomination. Do not shop here. Theyre unprofessional and slower than molasses.

Smooth transaction. Helpful staff. Easy to return unused merchandise. My only complaint would be the size of the parking lot and thats normally not an issue. But, when it is an issue its an issue
