Here’s the thing about me. I’m not a hard girl to please. If somethings good then it’s good and that’s a wise fact I’ve come to accept in my long years on this earth. But there’s one thing I don’t play with; my family. I shop at this store regularly but I’ve found my recent experiences to be completely tainted after The North Face Bethesda Row fired my cousin just because she was caught embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from them. So what? Give her a break. They also usually have a bowl of mints by the door which I frequently get food poisoning from.

I wouldnt come here. The workers definitely werent helpful. Seemed they were interested in a different crowd of customers. Asked for help and kinda brushed off. The only actual decent experience was from a young lady at the register that was very polite.

Always a pleasure shopping here. Great experience and very satisfied with the customer service provided to me with an employee by the name of Ralph. Looking forward to shopping here again soon. Keep up the great work and Thank You for making me feel like a valued customer!!!

I was disappointed and annoyed by my visit to this store. For whatever reason, there was very loud music that was a distraction from browsing the jackets. I also have hearing damage and when I asked that the volume be lowered, it was, but only a tad. I think it was playing for the employees pleasure, as if often the case. They need more training in customer service.

I and my family going to totally ban this brand for future,I been in store I shop about 500 bucks, and they charge me twice for $80 pants, and they did not charge me for $40 top, I went to store with all clothes and receipt, guy said let me go inside and check we actually charge you twice, if I lie than from where the $40 dollar top comes which not in the receipt, it has a bar code.Than meanwhile I decide to try another clothes, than guy told me please give me your bag you can not take this with you, His body language make me feel that I am theft or I lie about pant something, I feel very insulted, I dont know what to say or do, bag,I feel very insulted, other custumer are going in try room with there stuff, I feel kind of discrimination,its there mistake, I waste my day to go there and return.

A small store of north face but staff are very nice and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff here. I was helped by 5 different employees and each and everyone offered excellent service. I typically leave bad reviews when i have bad experiences but i felt these employees deserved the recognition they deserve. One of those who was a young kid, did not get his name but he was SUPER helpful. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We were happy with all our purchases and thank you for making the experience so smooth!

Just returned a womens coat that I bought for my mom through the internet. The experience in the store was awesome! Young lady helped us out soon As we walked in and till the end. She was great guiding us through picking a new coat and also returning process. This place is gold!

A good collection and decently organized store, might find it a little packed at times.They have great sales time to time. Staff is amazing, provide great assistance and they have the expertise to help you on your outdoor activities. Location is great.

I really like this location, the staff are really helpful and friendly but not too overly approaching... I literally just found out North Face has a lifetime warranty on their apparel so I’m very pleased about that

The shop is in down town Bethesda. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. I like shopping over there couple of times a year.

It was a great experience

The North Face in Bethesda is very conveniently located near the metro station as well as several other fantastic shops and restaurants. The staff are very kind and knowledgable. I had been looking at duffel bags on their online store, but chose to buy from the store as they had all the color and size options I was looking for.

Needed to exchange an online purchase for my husband, and Chip was a huge help. They didnt have an identical jacket in the right size, but he found us one to try on that we ended up liking even better!

I ordered an item online for pickup at this store and the email informed Id receive an email when my order was ready for pickup. I never received any communication from them for over a week after my order was delivered to the store. I decided to call the store and the guy who answered was rude and cut me off. He pretty much sounded like he was annoyed with me and never apologized when I told him I never received their email. Worst service ever. Ill never shop at this store or online ever again.

I wish they carried the extended sizes in this store. There are some larger people living in Bethesda.

Love Northface but disappointed that winter jackets are not cheaper especially at this time of year.
