Great staff they had what we wanted. In and out 20 minutes flat 2 pair of sneakers size 11 and 3. My sons say they are happy.

I was standing in front of 2 ladies associates for few minutes they never acknowledged me or asked me if I need help because they were in their phone, I was looking for a new men shoe and I bought it.

Great selection of kicks and clothes with nice, knowledgeable staff to help you out. While I was here I was informed of sales on the type of footwear I was interested in. I found a pair I liked that happened to be out if stock, so the staff helped look up online stock and offered to order it for me. I will definitely be returning for more business in the future.

Good to see Geo again. I got my son and I shoes and just wish these masks could just disappear. I cant breath with them.

I love the sale they had! The customer service was just okay. The guy over the phone was alright when I called in to ask about some shoes. The manager was very short and came off rude when asked a question. I had better customer service at Finish Line and I didn’t even buy anything from there.

The selection in this location seems to be out of date. New releases are in-store very often, disappointing!

Liked a lot of their Nikes found some on sale.

Dealt with very dishonest staff. Wanted to be in and out so didn’t need help, maybe I rubbed the cashier the wrong way but he very intentionally left the security tag on and I could t return because I said I did not need a receipt. Smh

I asked for basketballs shoes for my daughter. The staff recommended huarache keep in mind I know nothing about what is a good shoe for these playing basketball so I trusted the staff to help in that department since he is employed at a shoe store. I went home and to my surprise my son told me that was the worse shoe to get for my daughter and it wouldnt protect her ankle when playing.My son went to return the shoe and bought the appropriate shoe for my daughter.I say this to say please educate your staff.

My son bought clothes here today and the sales clerk left the security tag on. He went back in to get the tag removed and for 15 minutes they harassed him saying he stole the clothes!! Even after showing the receipt. They said it was fake. They finally looked at the video footage and took the tag off. Ridiculous lack of customer service!!!

I dont usually shop for shoes in mall stores but we were there and my girls both needed new shoes and both are too picky to order online. Mario was awesome, in fact he probably worked harder than all the other employees in the store combined while we were there. Prices are higher than what I like, but thats what you expect in a shop like this.

The employees sold somebody a pair of shoes that were each different sizes. One of the shoes was my size and now I cant even get the shoes I want because the other shoe is missing! They had me waiting for 40 minutes to tell me that the person who bought the pair of two sizes is coming, and I could wait for him to bring me the other shoe in my pair! I dont want a shoe somebody else has worn!!!

I like the location of this food locker since not to many people go here. So its never very crowded and the staff are very layed back and kind.
