I have never left a bad review before, but I visited this location on Tuesday September 14th in the evening and this store looked like no one had worked there in weeks. I almost thought no one was in the store at all until I saw a head pop up from behind the register where someone was on their phone and barely acknowledged there was a customer in the store. There were clothes thrown everywhere, unfolded and some on the floor, nothing was in the right place, and there were flooded racks of clothes that needed to be put back at the front (I almost thought it was a sale rack). I was in there for maybe 12 minutes and the person “working” never moved a muscle or greeted us. Honestly I even feel bad for leaving this review bc maybe it was just a really busy day, but it was just completely unshoppable and I honestly just didn’t feel welcome at all.

Always has pretty good deals, Ive gotten so many clothing items from there lately due to the selection, deals, and awesome service.

They had obviously just received a shipment and there was clutter everywhere. I was unable to navigate the store without almost breaking my neck or not being able to get to what I was interested in, so I left disappointed.

The only thing this place is good for is Brandy Melville. Store is messy. Looks like a totally different place compared to the nice PacSun in Bloomington, MN. Its not a surprise that they dont have money to staff their stores because PacSun brand clothing is cheap. I bought two pairs of cargo pants last year and I already have to patch them because theyre falling apart.

Pacsun does not stand behind their products. Think before you spend here.My son bought a pair of khaki joggers here. After washing them in a machine with cold water and regular detergent without bleach, the dye of the pants ran off in multiple areas. See the attached pictures. The store said as long as I cut the tags and washed them I cannot get a refund and the best I could get is store credit. With quality like this Im reluctant to spend the money in this store.

One of the worst customer service I have ever received. When asked to open the fitting room door, a staff member pretended she didnt hear us. I asked one girl to find my size for a displayed Vans shoe (I am 100% sure she is an employee in Pacsun). She went back to the store, came back without telling me anything, walked out of the store with her phone, and disappeared.?? Thank you for your awesome attitude

Had to give a star cause it wont let me post unless I click on it. My brother went in yesterday, left his keys and airpods inside of fitting room. Ran back to look for his stuff to find out they were gone. Staff gave him the keys only claiming someone had found them. No word on the airpods. Of course my mother wanted to figure out why only keys were returned. To make long story short, the young lady that found the keys told my mother that she also gave the airpods to the girl working there. 5 people working at this store and all of them for like 20 minutes saying no airpods were found, to come back out with the airpods once the young lady said she had turned them in... Bunch on thieves at this store. Hope they change management and staff.

I have never in my life been talked to by an employee at any company before.I was at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD today around 4 pm. I was trying on around 20 items in the room. When I needed a larger size in a skirt, I politely asked the women working the fitting room for a size large (The employees who I asked what her name was didn’t know how to spell it — “bruh-vey”? - she has long braids and was wearing a pink jacket). She immediately responded with, “ it’s a one size fits all” and I corrected her stating the skirt in my hand was a Medium. She then rolled her eyes at me, sucked her teeth and told me that, “she can’t leave the fitting room and I can get it myself”. I responded to her, “Don’t you work here?” which irritated her to another level. When I asked her if she could get someone to assist me, she rolled her eyes again with so much attitude and directed her hand outside the fitting room and said, “go get someone”. She continued to say things under her breath which I could not make out.Before I allowed this to escalate any further I closed the door, shaking from anger, and continued to try on clothes with such shock that someone who works with people on a daily basis can be so rude. This has overall been the worst experience I have ever had at any retailer.By the time I was finished trying on my clothes she was on the sales floor talking to another employee. Not in the fitting room where she stated she couldn’t leave.I can’t portray In words how badly this employee was to me.I can only imagine how she treats the young females and males who shop their regularly.

The worker need to improve their costumer service skills. I went there with my daughter and picked up a pair of pants. The cash register were having problem, i have to wait for 10 mins to pay and no apologized. It was too long then finally left and came back to buy it later.However, the pants has ripped unfortunately my daughter threw the tag. When I went back to the store and explained what had happened and want to exchange it couple days later the same guy told me that they won’t able to do it if there is no tag. I was insist a little bit and hoped that he would callthe manager but he didn’t . When you see an upset costumer it would be wise to call the manager and hope there is something they could do. I was really disappointed.When I went to talk to Pacsun online CS, they were really took care of this small problem seamlessly.

Terrible service

Despite the store being packed with loud kids and highschoolers, management and staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive with both my online return and then purchase questions.

Horrible employees. The people working there were harassing me about trying on womens clothing. Disgustingly disrespectful, worst experience Ive ever had at a store Will never be going inside again.

Dressing rooms are disgusting.Staff is rude: wont talk to you at all, throws clothes into shopping bags, and ring you up wrong all on one visit.
