I went to Under Armour to buy mask but they didnt have my size xs/s. The young guy who was helping me offered to order one for me color purple. Yes I did order through him. He gave me excellent customer service and I think he is great asset to UABH. I got it few days ago. Its the most comfortable is like a feather very leight. I love it. I went to this store at 6pm. There were two sales clerks and four customers in the store. The two employees were both on their cell phones totally ignoring the customers. Horrible experience. Will never go back.

They only sell poser gear. No functional apparel for actual sports.

The sales reps could not be nicer and more respectful! I went to the store with my teen daughter to look for sports bras. She was embarrassed because we had a question about the bras and the only reps available were guys! They were such gentlemen and they made it seem like it was no big deal! After 20 minutes in the store my daughter asked one if they had a selection she liked in her size. They said let me see if it is in another section. He found it! To all the parents raising such nice respectful young men THANK YOU!

Not the best Under Armour location Ive been to as its small with limited selection, but the staff is nice and theyll help you order what they dont carry in-store.

Good selection of athletic wear made of premium fabric. Their summer and winter sweatshirts are excellent. While stuff here is slightly expensive, the quality is excellent, and so is the functionality. The staff is generally very helpful, and try their best to find what youre looking for.

Heaven help you if you try to exchange a mail order item here - nightmare. Don’t even try. They have to send your item back to HQ and will only send the new item to the person who bought it for you originally. So your gift-giver has to deal with it. I should have just thrown the darn shirt away.

The UA Brand House in Montgomery Mall is a nice place to pick up what you need when you are looking for UA gear. This location is my second location when Im on this side of town. They always have the up to date releases and have a lot to chose from throughout the store. My visit was during the Christmas rush and they had extra staff to help you with your purchase. The manager on duty this day was seen working the crowd and offering her assistance with your shopping. The store was full of product and had all the new gear shown online and commercials ready for purchase. Being a UA fan its nice to have a secondary location to grab your gear.

Great experience as always... this is my GO TO store... I wear nothing but Under Armour for my workout gear, especially PROJECT ROCK line. Ms. Devaughhi(Dee) is exceptional and is my favorite sales person, great personality.

Great clothes but the music is way too loud

I was looking for black tapered chinos and I called Under Armour- Montgomery Mall confirming they have them and to hold them for me yesterday to pick up today. I go in this afternoon they the sales rep tells me there is nothing held under my name and that they didn’t have the size I was looking for. The general attitude was it wasn’t their problem. Piss poor customer service.

**i hung up after 30 mins and called back, a very polite gentleman by the name of Darren answered and i told him my situation, he personally took care of me and we were off the phone within 3 mins, also wished me a happy holiday, Darren is a good example of how employees should be, thank you again Darren!!** ( now i am changing my 1 star to a 5)(this below i gave a one star)i understand its the holidays and things are hectic, Ive worked in retail, including in that mall before so Im pretty understandable. But having a customer on hold for over 20 mins is ridiculous and not okay. Associates need to be trained in customer service skills. If they are busy, ask to take a name and call back number and follow up with them or simply answer the call every so often minutes to let the customer know they are not being ignored and that someone will be with them promptly.ill stick to online shopping instead of having to deal with the employees at montgomery mall. Cant imagine if this is the service i get via over the phone, then how must it be in person??????.....
