The staff here is fantastic.

Ive been using BS products since 1990 this was the first time someone monitored/ surveiled me in the store. I bought what I went for but returned it because I hated the thought of supporting that store in particular.

Im a big fan of this brand - good quality products, no testing on animals!I regularly use their deodorant, shampoo, body wash, hair gel, body cream, etc and their products beat the competition hands down!Best time to buy their products are when they have the Buy 3 Get 3 Free deal - makes the products totally worth it.The only thing against this store is that the inventory is limited for the most popular products.

The guy working on Tuesday December 3rd ‘19 was very nice and helpful:) i can’t quite remember his name but he helped me find the perfect gifts for my sisters and mother :)

I was looking for gifts, but the purpose was to get it from a store that wasnt near where those I was gifting lived, in order to avoid criticism. Regardless of not buying anything, I was impressed by the quality of the products I tried, and the associates attentiveness and willingness to look online for stores in the area. I would def go back!

When I walked in I asked what are the best things to get for a birthday present she walked me straight to it. My mother loved her present. The lady who helped me was very nice.

I love the body shop but the manager was extremely rude. I came in asking to test the vitamin C gel moisturizer since Ive been considering buying it. When i made this request he looked at my face and said ohh it looks like you need tea tree with all that acne. Imagine an overweight individual working to lose weight goes in to a resteraunt and asks for a burger and the server responds saying ohh it looks like you need a salad. This was essentially what happened to me. Ive been before and was concerned he might be rude but this time I actually had to talk to him. Definitely reccomend going to another body shop or just going to kiehls or loccitane if youre limited to this mall.

I visited the store today and the manager disrespected me, screamed, and I only asked a simple question. I asked him “ can I exchange masks because it is causing me irritation on my skin.” He started screaming and was acting like this was his house, not a business. I’ve never seen a manager talking to a customer like that before. If they keep this manager, they’ll lose customers. I’m going to request the body shop to give him training on how to talk to people. 😡
