Ive been a Peloton member for 4 years, well before the Pandemic. And whats always been incredible about the experience is how easy it is to get help when you need it. Rather than calling the 1800 number I love calling the local Peloton Bethesda store. I recently spoke to Ashley Perdomo and she helped me immediately troubleshoot an error I had made in my tread order. She was extremely polite and respected my time. Its the employees of Peloton and customer service I receive that ensures Im not going anywhere.

The manager for this store reached out to me several different ways to hear my concern from my recent visit and offered to correct my experience and provide me with the attention my daughter and I deserved. We had a great visit and I ended up ordering the Tread. This was a lesson for my daughter, although she’s 11 that everyone deserves a second chance to make it right if they are genuine in their approach. She even commented on the employees personality and treatment towards us after we left. Thank you for reaching out to turn my experience around.I walked in the intent to try out the new Tread. My daughter and I walked in and initially I only saw one sales person - no greeting. Then we walked over to an empty Tread because I figured I’d help myself until she was done speaking to another person. Then another sales person entered the room -no greeting. No “I’ll be with you momentarily”, nothing. Both sales people walked away from their people they were helping at some point while the customer was on the machine and at no time did they ever say hello, “would you like to try out the tread”, as I’m standing on the equipment patiently waiting. My daughter and I was in the store for 5 entire minutes. We walked around and pretended to look at the clothing that I wasn’t interested in and finally we left. I’m really waiting on the tread + to come back on the market, but I could have been sold on the Tread had I had a better experience or at least if someone had acknowledged my daughter and I. I’m already a Bike + owner and was really disappointed in both the women’s behavior that evening. We walked out with me teaching my daughter the lesson when they ignore you, you don’t buy their product.

Noémie was amazing. She was patient, explained everything well, knows her customers well and is knowledgeable about the product. I came back from Chicago to order with her. I give her my highest recommendation!

Went to the Bethesda store because we were considering getting a bike and wanted to get a feel for it before committing. James was great in giving an introduction to the system and worked with us to find our size settings. He got us set up and on the bike to try some of the workouts. We had our kids with us and James and the rest of the staff were very accommodating. James was very efficient in getting us all the info we needed and making sure we were comfortable. Experience went so smoothly, we just ended up buying the bike and shoes while we were there. Great experience - highly recommend visiting them in person.

The Peloton Bethesda store crew were outside on Bethesda Ave and when I told them I had purchased a Peloton in April 2020 (early Covid days) they asked if I had been fitted. Nope, so they offered me a quick fitting in store by Noemi K. and I realized I needed to change my settings. So glad they made the offer! Also a great way to see inside the Peloton store for the first time since I bought my bike online. Some nice gear and even nicer people.

I initially purchased a bike online and happened to walk past this store front a few hours later. I stopped in to ask a general question and was promptly greeted by Noemi. She was warm, friendly and enthusiastic to show me the specifics of the bike I ordered. Noemi walked me through how to set up my bike and even let me go for a test ride to some awesome disco music! The most rewarding aspect of my visit was her knowledge of the available programs and discounts. I was able to snag several accessories that I would have missed out on if I only had my online purchase. Their customer service is first class and I am even more excited to receive my bike and share my milestone rides with the team!

Love this store!! James is AMAZING! I came in to buy a bike and he was attentive, patient and kind. Great guy to work with. When the clips on my shoes got loose, I came back in and Mark, the manager, helped me immediately. I was back in business in less than 10 minutes. While I was waiting, James reviewed my settings with me and helped me find the right settings—made an immediate difference in my ride. When my delivery times were super long, he helped mediate a solution for me. 100 recommend!
