This place has really gone down hill. It’s not the same experience it used to be for the children. There were at least 2-4 women working when my son and I came to have a good time and none of the employees were attentive and I was really hoping for an experience for my child. They were unenthusiastic and lackluster. It’s a quick experience for each child so the least they can do is make it slightly fun. They should give these ppl a script, at least it would force them to speak to customers

I love love love this place. More then my grand kids. The staff are very friendly. My grandkids aleays find something tonkeepnthem busy.

Angelica makes this place awesome, she made it a pleasure to spend money there while making it fun for my son.

Great time, lots of fun with the little girl

I went with friends, we got there half an hour before closing time but were still treated kindly. It was a fun experience, I felt like a kid again.

I went with my two children, and the staff there was extremely rude to me and my children. Seems like you guys cant hire good staff anymore. This review isnt even worth one star, I wish I could give it zero stars.

We built 2 bears for our son here today. The selection seemed to be limited in comparison to other BAB locations, but the staff here is great and its a lot of fun to make your own stuffys as my boy calls them.

Reina is the sweetest and definitely made my visit to build a bear an unforgettable one today. We searched 8 locations for specific bears and she went out of her way to get them for us in the back and then stuffed them with care. She is truly an amazing person who shows compassion and provided awesome conversation. Build A Bear is lucky to have an employee this tremendously amazing. THANK YOU REINA!!!P.S - Store is super organized, clean and good selection. :)

Nice place for little kids. I will say I took almost all my kids to build their own bear and they loved the experience. I will say that there is not much for kids to do when it comes to activities. It is more about buying even the useless accessories for the stuffed bear. Yes true, the price is differently not worth the value, however my kids loved their bear. So that I guess is the true value.

After a horrible experience at the BaB in Annapolis where the lady complained about stuffing my bear the WHOLE time, Reyna and Ana were the best. They were so kind and willing to help. I highly recommend this location.

The lady who stuffed the toys was really nice and helpful but the cashier was not that nice . She put the staffed toys in the boxes by punching them.

I came here with my little sister and we loved the concept. It was not crowded when we came. The associate was very helpful. The bear was good quality from what I remember.

My kids love their stuff animal they each made with the help of Reina. She was nice and patient with my kids. They have a nice selection. We went on a Monday evening and it wasn’t crowded at all.

Went for a childs birthday party. They did a great job showing the kids how to make their bears and keeping them entertained.

Had an issue with ordering unstuffed bears. Was able to bring them to the store and have them unstuffed so my kids could have a build a bear experience.

My husband and I each made a bear for eachother. Even without little kids it was a fun experience.

That place made me feel uncomfortable. The way that man stuffed that bear made me feel weird.

Please dont do a birthday party at build a bear. All of the kids will be begging their parents for more accessories. So the parents spend the whole time saying no to their kids.

The entrance is very plain and looks like the back of a mall. Where you enter looks like plain doors... no signs. But this is a mall flaw NOT Build-A-Bear flaw. BuildABear is on the first floor, so just ride the escalator down and then take a right, BuildABear is right there on the right. This Build-A-Bear was AMAZING!!! Raymond did an excellent job helping us fix some dinosaurs we bought online (for some reason these Build-A-Bears came barely stuffed at all. Weve never had this problem before.). Raymond unstitched our dinosaurs and helped my children fill them up properly and nice and firm. He also helped my kids find scentiments that they would love. He did a very professional heart ceremony with my birthday boy and helped to keep my very active child thinking and moving in a positive way. My kids EXCLAIMED that this was THE BEST BUILD-A-BEAR EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE EVER HAD!. (And we have gone to Build A Bear many many many times). We highly recommend this store. They have a giant bathtub where the kids can pretend to wash up their new pets or stuffed friends. They have amazing and well-organized individual sections of clothing for each topic or Hobby. This Build-A-Bear also offers a full birthday celebration for your child on their birthday or during their birthday month. I learned about a lot of services Build-A-Bear offers that none of the other Build-A-Bear stores have mentioned to us before. All around, WELL DONE Build-A-Bear in Montgomery County! And THANK YOU Raymond!

A unique place where you can make your own personal bear

The experience is quite fun. A bit pricey but it makes a good gift. I wish there were more options as far as accessories and clothing.

He got ungery from my 4 years doughter after we decide to buy two small toys, she just try to open it he came and took the toys from my dougher with angry face really i get shocked i decide not to buy anything from thit store.i will never visit this store again .You must get more qualified members that can know how to deal with kids. Feeling sooo bad.

The staff members were unfriendly and disinterested. Ive never left a build -a- bear on the verge of tears. This is one of my favorite places to go but Ill never go to this again. I definitely prefer Columbia or Towson.

The worst customer service ever. There were 5 employees there who just stood around and stared at customers. Other build a Bear stores have far better customer service.
