If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a 2022 Honda Civic about a month ago. When I purchased the car they informed me they were only able to give me 1 key due to a chip shortage Honda is currently experiencing. A couple weeks later, I get a call saying that they have received an extra key and they had reserved it for me, I made an appointment and I came in at 8AM the following week. Once arriving to my appointment they informed me it would take 2 hours to reprogram the key. I waited in the waiting area for 2 AND A HALF HOURS until TEDDY, very casually tells me that he has Very bad news and that they were not able to do anything because they did not have a key. You mean to tell me I wasted my time and waited over 2 hours just so that you can tell me you dont have a key? I decided to leave, as soon as I got in the car, I noticed an extra key. I went back inside to ask TEDDY if this was the key that he said they DID NOT HAVE, he said yes.This place is extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. PLEASE DO BETTER, my mood was completely ruined. Have I not received my key, they were very okay with me wasting over 2 hours of my day for nothing. They literally felt no remorse.

Do not recommend.The worst nightmare someone could come across. My aunt came here for an oil change and they left her keys in her own car parked outside of their shop! It was stolen! They had NO remorse or felt the need to help rectify a serious case as this. On top of that, is asking for my aunt to pay out of pocket for a car they have in the store. No one was looking to purchase a car to begin with. What kind of business are you guys really operating to be treating a customer like this? And the level of service and lack of professionalism should shut this store down. The management needs to take some more classes to understand the true meaning of “managing”.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mother took her car in for service. Simple oil change. When the service was complete, the service rep told my mother that her car was done and parked outside with the keys in the car (THATS A MISTAKE) She went to get her car and it was gone. Someone had stolen it off the lot. Police were called. Claim was filed. Their insurance agency was willing to pay $24k. They have no cars in inventory to give to my mother other than a vehicle valued at almost $30k. They refuse to eat the cost difference as if this is my mother’s fault. This was negligence on their part not hers. The sales rep, at least tried to work with us but really had no say. The sales manager there was ruthless, unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude. Told us to take it or leave it. My mother came in for an oil change and left WITHOUT a car and now being asked to come out of pocket. This should be THEIR LOSS not ours. We are still battling through this with them.
I would give this service center zero stars if I could -- let me explain. Im new to the area, so I thought Id make a scheduled appointment at the dealership. I have trusted Honda in the past, so I didnt read any of the reviews. I wish I had.I showed up to my appointment on time, a standard road trip inspection with a request for a seatbelt repair. They told me they would call me as they were inspecting my car. **They never called.** I had to call them three times throughout the course of FOUR HOURS and they didnt even start inspecting my car until two hours after my scheduled appointment time.When I returned, I found the only service they had done was a headlight replacement, which they charged me SIXTY DOLLARS for. They didnt perform any repair on the one part of my vehicle I had asked about -- the seatbelt -- and told me if I had wanted that repair, I should have brought it in on a different day.I will not be returning on a different day, Im going to be finding a mechanic that wont waste my time with a four hour inspection and zero communication. Ive had a lot of respect for the Honda brand, and I used to trust Honda dealers across the country with servicing my car. Unfortunately, this visit made me lose that trust.
I came in to get the sudden clanking noise under my car checked out, and they were able to squeeze me in last minute with help from David, who was super patient and generous. Amazing service and clear communication all throughout the process of fixing my stability link.
Review is about service center. Great skill and care, but you can find better value elsewhere. Quoted on repairs for A/C compressor, clutch and coil that was going to run approximately $3,000. I was able to use local mechanic and OED parts for $1,200 all-in. When I asked about the massive price difference, manager noted that Bethesda operational costs are very high and expense get passed onto the consumer. Good service, but be careful with the price on any substantial work.
I DO NOT recommend ever buying a car from this dealership or using their car services. Once they sell you their car, that is where the customer service ends. They instantly become the middle man and are not helpful or accommodating to any requests. They simply put the responsibility on another department or HONDA financial services -- which takes forever to get a person on the phone and even then their hands are tied.When it comes to car services, we purchased warranty to have it serviced here and yet any time we can to get something fixed, wed find out it wasnt actually addressed or another issue came up. Making it useless anyways and youll still end up paying.

I absolutely love this business. It might be constrained in terms of space but that also means everyone needs to get along. It has a vibe to it unlike any auto dealer Ive ever seen.Plus, it is right on Bethesda Row. So if your repair is going to take a while, you can walk right out the door and be in one of the most vibrant spots in the entire DC metro area. There is so much to do, one can even forget they have a car to pick up!When my wife and I moved here a few years ago and saw Ourisman on one of our trips to downtown Bethesda, we both knew this was the one for us. We were so right.
My daughter just recently bought a car from Honda and she went in to reprogram her second key and they were all very rude and inconsiderate. They made her wait for 2 and a half hours only to tell her there was no key. Why in the world would you allow her to schedule an appointment, sit in the waiting room for over 2 HOURS just to tell her there is no key. Very unorganized.What made her more upset was the fact that they were very causal about it and offered no sympathy. Once you buy a car from them their customer service does not care about you.
Never go here for service. Went in for tire repair, next day tire goes flat again. Went back where they deny they missed anything, said they’d monitor the tire for longer to make sure they got the repair right. A few hours later, tire is flat AGAIN. Huge waste of timeEDIT: Called roadside assistance and in under 5 minutes, saw that there was a small piece of metal lodged in the tire right next to where the Ourisman Honda service people plugged it. So I guess they just didn’t care to check the entire tire.

The service team here is excellent. Theyve helped me before with my Honda civic and all of the techs are extremely thorough. My parents were in town visiting and had a service light pop on; they went out of their way to make sure the car was safe to drive back despite the very short notice (plus a holiday weekend!). Cannot say enough nice things about Ourisman Honda.
When I bought the car from them they were as nice as can be, of course. Just called the service dept with a question & they were extremely unhelpful and rude. A few months ago I took in the car to have a tire repaired & they assured me it was good to go, only to be left stranded in a parking lot with a flat three days later. I think I’ve given them enough chances, time to move on.
I recently got Honda Odyssey 2021 EX-L and overall great experience. Last but Actually just went to check on their stock and price as initially was not considering because of past mixed experience on dealing with price. We bought couple of cars before- 2009 Honda cr-v, 2015 honda fit.Manager Mr. Deen and Salesman Javier helped in the process. Ms. Carmen helped finalizing the paperwork . Deen is man of straight to the point talk and Javier is knowledgeable person about the cars and he explained the features very well. It was great dealing with them with good price.1 star is for your own research and checking the price and deals around for couple of days before putting an offer here. Recommend..Yes!!👍
I just bought a 2018 Honda Fit Sport here and the experience was wonderful. My salesperson was Tiffany and made the experience welcoming and very unpressured. She was like my friend I knew for years. If you happen to deal with her, asking her to pull out the pink drill is a must do experience.
I have been to the service department a couple of times for the issue that is coming back again and again. Individuals from Service team usually say they had fixed the issue, then another issue or even the same issue comes back probably within a few months. Customer service is zero, price is quite expensive. For the AC fix, I paid close to $400 for the labor cost while the actual price of the device was below $200. I never recommend anyone to buy and get the service from this place. I am so disappointed.
We really enjoyed working with Javier Paniagua to buy our most recent family vehicle. He was super responsive to our initial inquiries and in answering our follow up questions. He never made us feel pressured, even as we took a few weeks in our initial email communications with him Javier adapted quickly when we told him we had some free time on an upcoming Saturday, including sending us updated offers on two new vehicle types we were interested in. But the best part was when we came to the dealership. Javier made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. He showed us the vehicle, helped us take our test drive, and guided us through the entire buying process, including working with his manager to match an offer from a competing seller. It was a very smooth and no-hassle experience. Then, after we signed the papers, Javier took time to teach us about the vehicle in detail including personally helping set up multiple custom driving features. We are thrilled with our shiny new car and would unreservedly recommend Javier to anyone looking for a low pressure, rewarding experience.
Teddy Pack is my Service Advisor for my 2019 Honda CR-V. I had a misconception about the idea of every oil change is free.He explained how every other oil change to be done for free and I have to pay at that visit. I would confidently recommend working with Julian Davis at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda to friends, family, and anyone taking the time to read this review. After several wasteful hours calling multiple dealerships in the area about what I thought was a complex situation involving an out of state ID, I called Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and spoke with Julian. He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, and was able to talk me through the necessary steps required for my (apparently not-so-complex) situation.Though I was only calling for information, the conversation naturally pivoted to what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Julian was accommodating of my schedule and preferred communication methods, and had a suitable car for me to test-drive by the end of the week. While at the dealership, I did not feel the high-pressure tactics that car dealerships have collectively become known for. After agreeing on price, I was presented with all additional options, and my decision to accept or decline them was respected with no undue pressure.Lastly, I was in and out (in my new car) of the dealership in ~3 hours with an excellent car at the right price. I highly recommend working with Julian and his team for your next car!

Brought my car in for a recall repair. Made an appointment and was told to bring my car in at 9 and it would be ready by 2. Called in the early afternoon to check to see if it would be ready as promised. The service advisor didnt know, and said he would call me back. Assuming that it would be ready in time, silly me, I left my house on foot for the metro. Once I was riding the metro, received the call saying the car would actually not be ready until 5pm. Ugh, guess I shouldnt have organized my day assuming the original time estimate was valid. Oh well, live and learn. Oh yeah, guess the repair was done correctly.

Got a great van but never received the missing parts that I was promised when purchasing the van. Still dont have the two headrests, and the second key. I called about this several times. Came by the store, and was promised it would be taken care of. FOUR YEARS LATER and still nothing. So upsetting and simply unsafe!!!

German Vidal and his team at Honda are fantastic. I work in sales my self and can’t stand the approach of most auto sales people. I tried 4 different dealerships, spoke with at least 7 sale people and German was the only person who took the time to understand my wants and needs and actually help me understand the different CR-V models and which was the best fit for me. I’d recommend speaking with German for any car purchase, Honda or otherwise. I will be back. Thanks German.

I just had my car serviced as Ourisman Honda in Bethesda for the first time. I asked for an oil change and for any recall-related repairs. I brought the car in at around 11:00 am on July 3, 2021. I was promised that my car would be ready by 5:00 pm. When I brought the car in, they told me there was a recall for updating the gauge control module software.Ourisman Honda did a horrible job on my oil change and updating the gauge control module software. First, they forgot to put any oil in my car (a 2020 Honda Pilot). On my way home, my engine got louder and louder. As soon as I arrived home, I pulled the dip stick and saw there was no oil in my car. Second, my dash board was showing the car getting an estimated 30.2 mpg. Thats just simply impossible for a 2020 Honda Pilot. Third, I discovered that my remote starter (remote key) would not work anymore. The head- and taillights also do not blink anymore when I push lock on the remote key. I then looked under the car. I notice oil all over the bottom of my car. Clearly, the technician never took the time to wipe off the excess oil when draining the old oil.Although the service advisor Mr. Lucio Cruz was nice enough to offer this oil change for free, since it was my first oil change service at this dealership since buying the car from them, I would never take my car to this dealership for any work. They can’t even get a simple oil change right. My wife was thinking of buying a Honda CR-V from Ourisman Honda. Not anymore. I would strongly urge anyone who is thinking of buying a car from Ourisman Honda of Bethesda to stay away.
I purchased a 2019 Toyota Avalon from Oscar Granados at Ourisman Honda and had an excellent experience! I found the car on Car Gurus and send an email on a Sunday evening. Oscar followed up first thing Monday morning, and made plans for us to see the car after work that day.The car was perfect and so was the purchase experience! Oscar went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly and even answered questions and helped after the sale!When I noticed a scratch the day after we purchased the car Oscar arranged for me to bring the car back and get a lift to work while they touched up the scratch we had not noticed on the rainy night we purchased the vehicle! His willingness to make things right extended to his filling the tank with gas again after the paint touch up!I highly recommend Oscar Granados and Ourisman Honda based on our extremely positive experience with this purchase!!
I have a 2016 Honda Civic. I’m from PA and I was visiting for a business trip. I got a flat tire on the way there. Melanie helped me over the phone so I didn’t have to waste a trip. She made sure the tire I had was in stock and let me know how much it would be and how long. She was extremely helpful and everything was super quick. They changed my tire and refilled my spare tire too... which was pretty flat to begin with also. I really appreciate all of her help. Thanks again!

Casey helped me throughout the whole car process, educating me about the car and helping us out as much as he could to the best of his abilities. I received a phone call two days prior confirming the test drive of these two vehicles. I arrived at the correct time and date to test drive two specific vehicles. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes to find out neither the two vehicles requested were in stock. Total waste of time, unprofessional sales representative, they call you to confirm your appointment for a specific vehicle and then try to upsell their current stock which is usually overpriced and full of frivolous upgrades that no one would need .moreover, sales rep gave incorrect advice to guide my car purchase. I was told that there were no Honda passports in stock until March of 2022. I was told that all of Hondas factories were Currently closed.in the end I asked to find the nearest Honda dealership to them, I was told that there is no Honda passports in the state of Maryland and that it would be a waste of time.Here is a list of dealerships close to them to go instead:Hersons Honda,Criswell Honda,Browns Arlington HondaBill Page Honda,Landmark HondaI left with a poor taste in my mouth of the unhelpful staff. I havent bought a car yet- is this service what I should expect from Honda?when I came home a quick Google search on autotrader showed that there was for Honda passports within a 30 minute drive at the Hersons Honda. A quick phone call and 40 minutes later I was test driving a Honda Passport to guide my car purchase in nearby Rockville . they were professional and were not pushy and their sales tactics . I would not recommend to a family or friend .TLDR : if you want unprofessional sales staff to confirm an appointment for vehicles that they do not have in stock to test drive and lure you into coming in to check out models for Tiers that are $10,000 above base price then this is your place. Skip and go to their nearest Honda dealership competitor for your next car purchase.

Friendly staff, good service, and solid accommodations while you wait! Waiting room has pretty comfy seating, they provide coffee, and even bagels and cream cheese. Waiting area also provides phone charging stations (I only see android chargers but didn’t check out the other station), outlets, and great wifi. I’m always greeted by Lucio when I come here - he’s very helpful, honest, and efficient. It’s a good feeling to have staff recognize and remember you.

I bought 2019 Honda Civic and the end of 2019. Drove through the summer of 2020 with no issues but when fall came around I had started to experience issues with A/C. Air from A/C was no longer freezing cold but barely cool and even warm on a few occasions. I brought the car in for check up during the fall of 2020 couple of times and was told that there were no issues with A/C. Fast forward to 2021 when I brought my car in again a couple of times right before the summer because it was getting hot outside. Again, I was told that the system was working fine and they even recharged the system with refrigerant, but the temperature still wasnt cold enough even at the minimum settings. I never had to set thermostat below 68 degrees because it was already blowing freezing cold air. My parents have two Hondas themselves: CRV and HRV, and the confirmed that they never have to set the thermostat below 66 degrees even on hot days. 10th gen Civics have knows issues with the whole A/C system and yet Im being reassured that my car is working fine. I even wrote an email to General Manager - Rich Kandel - but never received a reply. I would have to escalate this case to the corporate. If anyone has experienced the same issues and/or knows how to proceed further with this case - please, let me know.

Came in for service for my Honda Accord sport. I just got a simple oil change and Melanie kept in contact with me. My cabin and engine filters were disgusting and Melanie showed me a photo of them so I definitely changed them. She gave me a discount and recommended things for my next visit. She was so honest and friendly. Definitely will come back here!
They took your money, thats all they needed. Picked up the car last week after paying $460 for service which included tire rotation. On the first corner noticed noise coming from the front end. Stopped to look, turns out front wheel lug nuts were loose. Called the service dept, someone was supposed to call me back. Nobody did. Looks like these guys just dont care. I am just glad I didnt get on a beltway after this Ourisman service, could probably lose a wheel. They also promised to wash the car when I dropped it off. That didnt happen either. I guess how can you expect your car washed if they cant even put the wheels back on. These are just cheap thrills they sell you when you buy a new car. We bought this car here a couple of years back and we did our service here since then. This was the last time.
Helpful staff. Congested parking but there are staff guiding your parking. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Dont wait in the waiting room.. just take a walk on the Capital Crescent Trail.

I dont know much about whats going on under the hood and Im naturally a bit skeptical about getting service at the dealership. That said, Ive taken both of our cars to Teddy Pak for several years now and I wouldnt take them to anyone else. Teddy is super knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Every time I take a car in, I go in knowing that Teddy is going to take care of it and no need to worry a lick. If I could give Teddy more than 5/5 stars, I would.
Not going back. Nothing against Honda cars, but when we purchased a new CRV a few years ago, it was not a great experience. First, they are very stingy with trade-in value compared to other dealers - even with Honda/Acura models. Second, we realized last week that Honda put a lien on our car erroneously, which caused a lot of stress and paperwork to correct when we were trading the car in (for a Subaru).All in all, recommend going to another Honda dealer.

Found the car that I was searching for a Ourisman Honda. I was not confident that I would be able to get the car but after speaking with salesman Remoe Dougherty, he left me with more reassurance of a possible purchase. Within less than an hour I was approved and very pleased with Remoe. He is definitely a guy who will make the customer happy and is very up front with all the information so you wont waste your time. I drove 4hrs to pick up the car so I must have been happy with the service.
I have a type R that I service there for the first time. My oil change was free and Melanie kept me updated on my car. They also performed a recall on my Honda that I wasn’t aware of so I really appreciated it since my car was already in the shop. I’m definitely coming back here whenever I need anything.
I was starting to get frustrated with trying to find a new car when I called Ourisman Honda and spoke to Victor. He was willing and able to work with me on the car my wife wanted. Once we got there, both Victor and German helped us finalize everything. They were both wonderful to work with. We never felt pressured or lied too. Kat in customer service and Carman in finance were also a joy to deal with. I personally cannot thank all of them enough. The next time we buy a new car, we are starting our hunt here.

So I was given a quote of a new leftover 2018 Accord ex at $23600. I got it in writing with tax and tags additional. It was a good deal so I drove down to pick it up. When I got there, they wanted an extra $1000 for a protection package. Which I didn’t want. The Protection package included awful non factory trim that didn’t match the car color. It was on all the doors and wheel wells. They finally offered to take it off, but I didn’t want a heat gun to damage the paint! They they tried convince me I needed the wheel locks, nitrogen fill, and the flaps also included in the package. I was really disappointed. I call HONDA of Tyson’s Corner, 30 Mins before they closed, I drove over and bought another car the same day.I would be very concerned with rust and those non factory trim pieces!

I came in with a leak coming from my front tire. I was greeted by the valets and told to come into the service lane where I was greeted by Lucio. The repair took about 45 mins and the car came back to me washed as well. Thank you for making this smooth and simple

I’ve been to this location several times for service on my Honda Pilot. Customer service never fails to make a great impression. If you go here please ask for Lucio. He has been my go to advisor during every visit and he makes sure I do everything needed to the car the day of but also let’s me know what’s also needed in the near future. Lucio is very knowledgeable and helps me understand everything that I need to know to keep my pilot in great condition. Service estimated time has always been what he mentioned never waited longer unless there’s an unforeseen issue with my car however he lets me know as soon as they know on what to expect. They gave us a price on the phone and what do you know it changed when we got there. Salesman Gio called us with the price And then the manager Omar left a message to make sure we got the price. Came in talked to Omar and all he said was I’m trying to help you but the price is $2000 more than before but let me show you this car. Give me a break. Just straight liars. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You want a dealership that you love to get your service done at a place you can feel comfortable about asking questions you might have. Not a place where your worried if it’s just all lies.Don’t come here!!
I was given a very competitive price by Jose, for a Honda Odyssey Touring variant, and everything was confirmed and an email is sent as well. But later in the day, when I asked to send the VIN number of the vehicle, I was given a vehicle in lower variant (EX-L). Glad I asked for the details upfront else I would have traveled for 1 hr 30 minutes to buy the vehicle and would have let down in the dealership.Very disappointed! Wasted my time.
I always take my car to Teddy, before I went to a place next to my house and they wouldn’t fix everything or even bother to look at half of the car. Now I got a good deal and don’t have to worry about them leaving me with more problems than before. 👌🏼 saved lots of money and time, it’s worth the drive.
Ive regularly gone to this dealership for service on my Honda Pilot since 2014 and have always been taken care of. Asst. Service Manager Teddy Pak has been my steady contact at the dealership and has always been communicative and helpful whether its been regular/routine maintenance or something more involved like getting new breaks. Hes always taken the time to break things down in-depth (like what needs to be done now, or what can be held off and for how long), find savings when applicable, and checking up on any work thats been done to see how things are holding up. This is part of the reason I continue to return to this particular dealership!
I dropped my car off for service and there I met Melanie Sim. My 2010 pilot needed a timing belt and the price was 2100. She gave me an enormous discount and dropped the pricing to 1860. She was extremely informative and kept me updated on my vehicle. There was other recommendations due to the age and mileage of my pilot but she pointed out the things that needed to be done for my safety and was honest. I really appreciate her honesty and would highly recommend going here. The prices are a little high but the work here is guaranteed and the staff are extremely helpful. The only downside is they don’t have loaner cars but they gave me a free ride to the metro. I will definitely service my vehicle here because they are honest and are not trying to rob you like other dealerships.

Ourisman Honda has outstanding customer service. Im now on my fourth lease with them (all Honda Fits). Their staff, is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and ready to work with you. They are no-nonsense and not into pressure sales tactics. I have been able to efficiently come to an agreement that is a good deal for me in a very reasonable amount of time. They stand by their vehicles as well and provide excellent service. In my most recent lease Tammy Nguyen was the person I worked with and she is great. Tammy really went the extra mile, helping me to understand the options, navigate the process and get a lease on a vehicle my family and I are very pleased with. We were also able to do the deal remotely in an entirely professional manner which is important to me given the current situation. Highly recommended.
