My husband and I walked into Ourisman Jeep during Labor Day weekend just beginning our fact-finding mission on the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. We were extremely fortunate to chat with Dietrich who answered all our questions in an expert and professional manner. While meeting with Dietrich, we decided to “build” my Jeep there that afternoon. We were soooo impressed by Dietrich and the simple manner in which he explained the process (to include a trade-in that I had) we decided to move forward with the build and get the process started the very next day. I have to mention there was no pressure to purchase from Ourisman Jeep, as I feel the Jeeps honestly sell themselves, but Dietrich did follow up with us the next day (as a professional courtesy) and we informed him we’d like to move forward with the build. My Jeep was built and delivered in about 7 weeks! When we picked it up and traded in my car, the whole process was smooth. All our questions were asked, went for a test drive, got the financing in place, and we were out the door in a few hours! The fastest transaction we’ve ever experienced at a car dealership! Also, Ourisman Jeep is VERY clean and all Covid protocols were followed from what we observed. Best experience I have ever had in a car dealership by far! Everyone was friendly and quick and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about Justin the GM for handling this sale with all the waiting we had to do at no fault of his. When my ride canceled on me Justin was quick to send a ride all the way to upper Marlboro to have me picked up and brought to them in Bethesda. I usually dont do reviews, but the experience I had at Ourisman Jeep in Bethesda was amazing. Car shopping with my daughter for her first car. Dietrich assisted us and they were able to get her into the car she wanted within her budget. Laura was even able to beat the interest rate from Navy Federal credit union, so she got to save a little more! Having purchased numerous cars, I have to say this was, by far, the best experience ever. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They dont go in for the high-pressure sales pitch. There were no hidden fees which I certainly appreciate. They all really enjoy working with people and it shows! Also the location is difficult due to not having a lot of street parking but it is worth it for the experience. The showroom is modern and beautiful and their coffee rocks.

Great experience all around, from booking appointment easily online too final payment. With a busy schedule, the service team went beyond expectations. I used the Car Care To Go service where the service teams set up pickup at my home so I did not have take off from work. Notifications were received to setup pickup and updates as time came closer. The driver arrived for pickup within minutes of the scheduled pickup time. My Service Manager, Christian, kept me up-to-date when the car arrived at the shop and when the service was complete. I received an update from the technician as the car was reviewed before replacing tires and conducting the alignment. Andre did an amazing job detailing his review of the car prior to service and describing the service. Andre also provided a well narrated video to ensure I understood what service was to be performed. When service was complete, all billing information was provided using the Car Care To Go notification for payment and processed to return my car. Having the detailed video from Andre made me feel comfortable with knowing what was done without needing to be onsite. Again, updates came through as the service team returned the car back to my home to complete the service. All questions regarding the bill and service were answered professionally and promptly. In the times during and post-COVID pandemic, the Car Care To Go option was a great addition for car service. This was an all around great experience. My 2nd car is ready for an oil change and I have already booked my appointment with the service team, requesting Andre as my technician, and plan to use the Car Care To Go service again.

AWESOME. I went to this dealership with the goal of test-driving a few Grand Cherokees and potentially purchasing and I have to say, it was the most pleasant car dealership experience Ive ever had. Dietrich was so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles (and we looked at a lot, and had a lot of questions!) He was a total pro -- never pushy, 100% respectful, and listened to our individual concerns, which I really appreciated. Ari helped us close the deal and we felt extremely taken care of all-around (they even set me up in a conference room to handle a work call that came up while we were there.) The facilities are super nice -- spotless, organized, and they had a great selection to browse through. If youre looking to test drive, this is also located in a really good location -- easy access to main roads as well as neighborhoods/windy roads so you can get a full sense for the driving.We walked away happy customers. Ill be recommending this place very highly to anyone who asks.

This is the best car dealership I’ve been to (and I’ve been to other Ourismans). My wife, toddler and I recently bought a car from Seth and Emmanuel. We were pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process went. They were mindful of the fact that our toddler wouldn’t want to spend all day inside, and made each step of the process as quick and efficient as possible. Each member of their staff is courteous and professional. They have also been very responsive and helpful since we bought the car with financing, paperwork, etc.

This Jeep dealership is great! Ive visited many while shopping for a Wrangler including some of the larger ones like Rockville and Tysons Corner, none of which could offer a better deal than the one I received here. Our sales person, Jose Rivera, was excellent. He was patient and responsive with delivery of our vehicle, test drive, and finalizing the purchase. The team in Bethesda also helped us resolve some minor manufacturing defects post purchase. I would highly recommend this team if youre looking for a new Jeep or needing service.

Started the day looking for a Jeep for our daughters 16th. The night was coming to a close and so we called Ourisman Jeep in Bethesda. We reached Kevin Flores. He was professional and extremely attentive to our requests. He stayed late to ensure our purchase was a success.

I have a worst experience which I never had earlier as we have visited Ourisman Jeep. The dealer was playing some tricks and wasted the full day and made us to wait till next two days as well. The detailed story is as follows: We went there for buying a used car and finalized everything regarding amount and all with all our signatures on the documents and also paid insurance fee as well before financing the car. Till then we have nearly spend 5 hrs sitting over there and waiting for finance call and then this great gentleman ( dealer, manager of used car) came to us and made a story that you people have to pay something ~ 9-10 % APR for this car. We were surprised with these talks and we asked him to wait for us as we will ask to our bank for the APR % for finance and suddenly this person said No to us that he cant wait for us. The total impression was like he want to make us do whatever he want. I mean we have to take the car with 9 or 10% APR otherwise forget. Actually we need to have a purchase order document confirmation from him to cross verify the APR rates to our banks but he was not ready to provide this as well. Please note that it was Saturday and he knew that we will only get the reply on Monday or Tuesday. We again asked him to hold the car and were ready to pay the down payment (~10%) as we have spent full day today just for the car but purposefully he denied and sad NO. Actually what we understand from all this that he is very unprofessional and unethical as well. May be he had found a new customer who is paying more so that was the reason he played the game to us. Interestingly, one of his staff sent us that document (remember its also a part of drama) to cross check the APR on Sunday, saying that they were very busy on last day. Today I got another text from him saying that Car has sold now. Wow....!!!!!!!!!!!The drama from their side ended now. We actually understand at that time only but enjoying their drama as not able to give the document that day, not even to holding the car even for a day etc etc.The reason why I am writing this review to all of you, is that we should be aware of all these unprofessional dealers. They are very cheap and dont have any ethics of marketing as well. We are feeling sad for such big company to have such unprofessional staff.Thank you.

I originally decided to look at vehicles at Ourisman Jeep Bethesda because you can start the whole process online. This was very important to me because I have little to no free time and I was able to look at cars, check out exact prices, etc on MY TIME. This is the 21st century y’all! Everything went smoothly online and Dietrich contacted me immediately the next day letting me know I can reach out if I had any questions. I actually ended up changing the car I was interested in after browsing the site some more. This was no problem. I also explained to Dietrich my work schedule and had to cancel our first appointment b/c of work and it was still no problem. I didn’t want to spend all day at the dealership so I submitted all of my paperwork online in advance and let me tell you, I went in, test drove my car, and walked out in just a couple hours! My time is gold and Ourisman Jeep Bethesda was such a lifesaver in that aspect. I felt so comfortable the whole time I was there between working with Dietrich, Manny, and Laura. They are awesome! My husband and I live in Manassas, VA and we drove to Ourisman Jeep in Bethesda, MD because they were the only dealership in the area that had an orange Jeep Compass. Dietrich was incredibly personable and promptly responded to my email when I requested a test drive. I was also able to inquire about a trade-in with him using KBB before we arrived. Upon our arrival, he had the vehicle ready for the test drive and my trade-in information available. I told my husband I could not believe how quickly we were able to complete our purchase. We spent two or so hours with Dietrich from start to finish. When we purchased my husbands Jeep Grand Cherokee at a dealership closer to home it took almost double that amount of time. I also appreciated the friendly email Dietrich sent me the next day making sure we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely drive to Bethesda again when the time comes for us to purchase another vehicle.

The service center is horrible. They don’t return calls, I’ve left over a dozen messages. They gave me the run around, about an issue they knew about. I’ve never dealt with customer service this bad ever. Giving one star is necessary for the rating, but I wouldn’t give that either. The way I’ve been treated, I wouldn’t recommend them for no one!

Been meaning to write this one for a second. Kevin and the team over at Ourisman were extremely helpful with the purchase of my Jeep. I knew I wanted a Jeep Wrangler just thought the purchase would be a new one and a few years down the line. So when my car got stolen I hadn’t planned on buying that “dream” Jeep Wrangler just yet. That being said when I came across the 2016 Jeep with only 50k miles that met almost all of my specifications I acted on it. Kevin was extremely accommodating and did so in a timely manner so within hours was driving off in my dream Jeep. There was a slight hiccup with the registration being that I live out of state which once notified Kevin quickly remedied. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next one.

After buying 9 cars (from other dealers) in the past 6 months, I’m not sure I’d want to give any other dealer my business! Bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and I’m OBSESSED WITH IT. I had a very good experience with my sale person Jose. This experience was the same with Larry the sale manager, Justin the finance manager and Justin the general manager. They are all very professional and will bend over backwards to help you. It was very nice not having to fight over made up charges like most other dealerships do. TL;DR:  Dont sell your used car to Ourisman! Pre-Owned Director is either incompetent or unethical, possibly both. For sure, he is rude.My wife decided to sell her car and consulted Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com) for an appraisal. Based on her description of the vehicle, KBB provided an instant cash price of $4,900. Subsequently, she was contacted by several dealerships interested in buying the car, some promising several hundred dollars above the KBB price. All were careful to specify that such offer is subject to their own inspection and evaluation of the vehicles condition, which we understood and expected.Our first visit was to Ourisman Jeep in Bethesda. The gentleman that my wife dealt with initially by phone (Kevin) was very courteous and helpful. We took the vehicle to Ourisman and were greeted warmly and professionally by Kevin, who explained that the Director of Pre-Owned Vehicles would come to inspect the vehicle. This Director subsequently strode up without introducing himself and requested the keys. He then proceeded to slam the driver door repeatedly with heavy force before driving it off to their garage.At least 20 minutes later he finally came to the waiting room and, in a very lecturing tone, claimed that the vehicle was not as my wife described it to KBB, and had major damage. He told us not to expect anywhere near what KBB had indicated. He explained that he was going to go back to the KBB tool and use it to provide his own estimate. When he came back, his lecturing attitude only increased and he told us that after he entered his own evaluation KBB had retracted its instant cash price offer. Indeed, my wife checked her email and got that same message from KBB.The Director then took us to the vehicle, pointing out what he claimed was major damage and, to both my wifes and my mind, essentially accused us of deliberately misrepresenting the condition of the car. While we acknowledge that our unfamiliarity with selling cars caused us to be unaware of the existence or extent of some of the items he pointed out, the implication that we were dishonest is ridiculous. We always knew the dealers would be making their own inspection and it would give us no advantage to be dishonest. The Director asked what price we wanted and when we wanted to sell it. I told him to make his best offer and we would consider it after taking the car to other dealers. He said his best offer would be $1,200-$1,500. He provided us with no documentation of his offer or even his card. We thanked him for his time and left the dealership, angry with his lack of professionalism and implied attack on our character.We subsequently took the car to three other dealerships. While they all pointed out areas of damage we had missed, or which they evaluated to be more damaged than we described, all were extremely professional and polite with their explanations, and never made any implication that we tried to deceive them. Without argument or haggling, they provided documented offers of $3,300, $4,000, and $4,500 respectively. Ultimately we sold the car for $4,500, more than 90% of the original KBB quote.We can only conclude that the Pre-Owned Director at Ourisman either (1) is grossly incompetent in his ability to judge the value of a car, or (2) was using unethical practices to bully us into accepting an unfair price. In any event he was by far the most unfriendly and aggressive person we encountered. We do want to say that everyone else we interacted with at Ourisman, including Kevin, was very professional and courteous. We hope that Ourisman will take appropriate action to ensure this Director does not further degrade its reputation.

I had been searching for months for a particular Wrangler andhad contacted 4 dealers to no avail last week, my friend Charles Bailey recommended Tony &his team. Within 24 hours Tony retrieved from another dealer the exact Wrangler I was unable to secure from 4 other dealers. Great work!!!
