Small inventory. Speed Queen products are pushed. Starting prices over a $1K with small capacities for washing machines! Amazingly sales rep suggested that you do NOT use REG wash which is what 90 % of our washing is!

Our microwave quit. We went to Lehigh Supply instead of a big box store. They had several in stock and helped us out by installing it quickly!

You wont get service from the big box stores like this.GE Factory Service let me down, which is not Lehigh Supplys fault. Co-owner Chuck apologized, and asked if I would be around all day. 30 minutes later he shows up, and 30 minutes after that, two of the biggest issues I had were solved, because fixed them himself.He is technically retired, but still cares about his customers. He also gave me some tips in person about using my washer/dryer that I didnt know.For still being in business after all these years, they must be doing something right. I enjoy doing business with local merchants versus the mega-stores. You should always give guys like Lehigh Supply a chance to earn your business first. If they cost $50 more, so what? Its impossible to compete with Home Depot and Lowes on certain products because of volume. They can give you personal service, and they know your name. Thats worth the 50 bucks, trust me.Thank you, Chuck and Greg!

I just had the worst experience with this company that I have used and recommended over the years. I needed a part for an older wall oven and the part was discontinued. I had to do my own research to find a replacement part and when they were asked to order the part and install, they didnt order the part at all. On follow up call, the sales person that I talked to became very rude and belligerent when questioned why the part wasnt ordered in the first place and I was told to get the part myself and ended the call.

As much as I didnt want to leave this post, my terrible experience with this business left me with no other choice.Our range that we purchased from them nearly five years ago required service work to be performed due to a fluctuating oven temperature issue. Their technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty Relay Control Board, which he replaced. Our bill was $443. The very first time my wife used the oven, she quickly realized that it wasnt fixed. IT WORKED EXACTLY THE SAME WAY THAT IT DID BEFORE THE SERVICE WORK WAS PERFORMED. The same technician came out again and proceeded to change the Temperature Probe, which fixed the problem. That bill was $127.I spoke with one of the owners (Greg) about a partial reimbursement of the first bill. I asked him to put himself in my shoes.... Who wouldnt be upset about paying a $443 bill and not having the problem fixed? He agreed and said he would discuss things with his co-owner (Chuck) and call me back, which he never did. Two days later I called again and the receptionist said he was with a customer and that hed call me back. Once again, he didnt have the decency to return my call.As if 2020 isnt bad enough with COVID-19 weighing on everyone, thanks for NOT CARING and making it worse for this household Lehigh Supply Appliance.Sincerely,Jim

Been getting appliances here for nearly 20yrs. The staff and service is superb. I never bother to shop around because they have an excellent reputation well earned. Looking forward to my new fridge!

This place should not even be in business. They are have the worst customer service . This is now the 3rd time they cancelled my appointments and are very rude. The first time my wife spoke with them the gentleman cursed my wife out after she tried working out the scheduling issue. Now we gave them another chance and this time they had no time to help us out, even one star is too much for this business . They really make a bad name for small appliance business!!

I have been a customer for a number of years, buying multiple appliances, and having great service. However, this past Monday I returned to buy a refrigerator understanding the shortages with the current situation. I was very disappointed with the service I received from the sales representative. I was met with short/rude comments and an attitude as if he did not want to sell me a refrigerator at all. I came in knowledgeable of the specifications, but attempts to get my point across were not well received. It is doubtful that I will be purchasing from them again.

This “Mom and Pop” appliance shop has superb customer service. I went there to purchase a washer and dryer for a new house and they mistakingly ordered me a dryer that was backordered for 6 weeks out. As soon as they realized the mistake they contacted me and upgraded my washer and dryer to a set that was in stock- free of charge. You won’t find that type of customer service from the big home stores. They also price match the big home stores. I have since gone back to purchase and refrigerator and stove.

Dont let the crummy sign deceive you! We had a few very good experiences with the repair Dept. When we needed some appliances, we shopped the box stores and found that nobody came close to Lehighs product knowledge and there were none of the extra fees. Plus, we shopped and supported local. Excellent experience.

We went to Lowes and Home Depot for a double oven. After being told they dont carry the size we need we called Lehigh Supply. They were not able to find an exact fit but one that was close. This then required some modifications to our existing cutout for the stove. The installers did a great job by modifying the bottom cabinet and cutting the space to fit and hold the stove. Definitely worth checking out as Lowes or Home Depot would never have gone to this length to do the installation.

Avoid this company, they were unhelpful, rude and non-cooperative. I had to get my banks Fraud Department to get my money back on what should have been an easy return case closed.
