Visited Steel City C&G for the first time and was impressed by the selection of well-priced video games and comics. Gaming tables were inviting and the owner permitted myself and a friend to use them. Would definitely return if in the area!

WHEW. Every time we come here it’s an experience. And NOT in a good way! After traveling 2+ hours to visit the store for a SECOND time, we were interested in Jojo’s Bizarre which is a $200 game. We kindly asked if the price was firm seeing the disc was scratched to ALL BEING. We live 2 hours away and was told there was a no return policy, so for the $200 game we asked if it could be tested. The girl behind the counter with the buzzed hair cut made an uproar about it saying it’s already tested, there’s nothing there to test it ( with a ps2 being behind her head) and that she would have to get everything out to do so. Mind you, I guess we had interrupted her YouTube she was watching. And wanted so desperately to get back to that. There was NO ONE in the store and NO reason to act like that as we are interested in a $200! Game with NO RETURNS. She then NO LIE, storms off huffing and puffing about the inconvience and how she has to set everything up! And is LITERALLY slamming things down on the counter slamming draws, acting like a 5 year old throwing a tantrum rather than DOING HER JOB. We were absolutely flabbergasted at this treatment, for simply asking to see if a $200 game worked because the disc looked horrendous! Personally I wanted to walk right out. But my boyfriend insisted because he wanted games, however, it’s about the principal. AND THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WE ENDED UP SPENDING $300 And that is unacceptable. OUTRAGEOUS.

I arrived here during regular business hours to find the store CLOSED. Why say youre open until 6 PM just to have the store locked at 5:15?! I do not appreciate being lied to and having my time wasted. Thanks for nothing!

What an awesome place. Really nice MTG gathering place. Everyone there was super nice and willing to speak and explain things even the people who were there playing. The atmosphere was definitely chill and communal and Fernando (hopefully thats correct) was excellent and very helpful. He is the main reason why Ill be coming back to this store, hands down.

Terrible store and staff. Buzzcut woman wasnt wearing a mask when I went in mine fell off as I went to put it back on she rudely yelled at me. The reviewer below me is right this place is terrible. Probably the worst comic store in the valley tied with encounter comics

Great shop. I was able to find allot of current standard MTG cards that where all sold out at the other game stores. Super nice folks. They have much more than just MTG, minis, comics etc.

This family-owned shop has a fantastic selection for a shop of its size, while not feeling crowded or cramped. The staff are very friendly and helpful, never condescending or rude to anyone. the prices range from fair to very fair to “how-are-you-staying-in-business” fair. If you are looking for a small and welcoming place to play fun, low-pressure games, this is an ideal shop.
