My insurance company recommended I use this place and I hated it; I honestly have never witnessed such poor customer service. Anthony the owner, is kind. His employees? Quite the opposite. I dropped my car off and spoke with Joe, who was very brief in explanation and also told me it would take one MONTH to fix my car (ended up taking 3 days). I needed something from my car 2 days later. Stopped by and saw my car parked on the side of a busy street (not in the companys lot). My car was left unlocked with the window down with the key inside, on this street. It was left this way for 3+ hours. I asked Joe, when I stopped to grab something, why my car was left on the side of the street in a position where it could easily stolen for hours on end. He said Thats how we do things, have a nice day and pointed towards the door, indicating I should leave. His response was short & rude, to basically be ordered to leave was especially shocking. Thanks Anthony, but hire better workers.

I brought my car there after having an accident. Frog hollow was recommended by Geico. I dealt with the owner, Anthony. Im very satisfied with the work. Everything that was promised was done and I got the car back earlier then was promised .I also dealt with Joe in the office. Joe was a pleasure to deal with. Joe kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on. I would recommend Frog Hollow to anybodyJoe Zammit

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Absolute worst body shop I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional and WILL TRY to trick/scam you, on top of terrible work. Bumper and paint was already coming off 3 months after they “put a new one.” On summary paperwork stated replacing the fender when in fact, was never replaced. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Excellent body shop. Was involved in a not-at-fault collision in a 12 year old car. Initial estimate was very low, so I googled Geico-certified body shops. Frog Hollow did all the fighting with the insurance company re costs, and did a great job.

I was parked in my company shared parking lot on 6/6/2019 when a truck from another company that shared the lot backed up into my car. After filing the claim with Geico, I had the towing company bring my 2011 Honda Accord to Frog Hollow. Ive had a great experience with them last year back when a passenger van sideswiped me. They did an amazing job then and again did not disappoint. I worked with Drew this time and my car was fixed up 6/14/2019. I cant recommend these guys enough!

Amazing body shop. They took time to make my car look brand new. Was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago, took my car to them, everything was done right in office.They took care of the rental for me, my car. Everything looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for any repair work on any car.As well as they did, I hope I dont have to go back to them. They guys in the office were friendly, knowledgeable and really know how to talk to people.

Tony and his employees are very helpfuland do a great job . I have had a few repairs done by them and they really help with talking to the insurance companies on Your behalf . I highly recommend Froghollow collision.

Unfortunately, we have had to use them 3 times....Fortunately, theyve always come through with amazing service, great communication and wonderful results. As stressful as having an accident is, rest assured this place will walk you through the process with the least amount of stress possible. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for auto collision work.Theyre also a Geico Express Center (as of this post) which makes the process that much easier for Geico customers (or if youve had an accident with a Geico customer)~Whatever your insurance, I would recommend giving them a shot.
