I was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the showroom- from outside it was deceiving. There were tons of dresses to pick from. Ashley and her team were a pleasure to work with and they have been great in communicating. She pulled dresses for us and I ended up with one she picked for me and I love it! She gave us great insight to all things bridesmaid and wedding. I 100% recommend working with them!

Ashley was absolutely horrible. She constantly made comments about the bridesmaids bodies and weight. I have called multiple times to get in touch with the manager and no response. I will not be getting my bridesmaid dresses here. Highly recommend elsewhere.

Here Comes the Bridesmaid has an impressive collection of bridesmaid dresses to choose from. They have all the major designers and their prices are reasonable. The best aspect of the company, however, is their customer service. Alexis and Elizabeth were beyond helpful and they were SO responsive via email (their average response time was literally 10 min EVERY time I emailed them). Overall, I highly recommend Here Comes the Bridesmaid!!

The entire team at Here Comes The Bridesmaid has been so wonderful to my group of girls! With all the stress that comes along with being a bride, HCTB made this part of the process enjoyable and fun. Ashley was absolutely instrumental in helping us these past few days. Ashley made sure that any and all questions were answered and that we had all of the information needed in order to make the best possible decision. Ashley and Leslie are amazing!! I spoke to Ashley today on the phone when I called to book my appointment and she was as pleasant as can be! I felt like I was talking to one of my best friends! When I arrived for my appointment she greeted me like weve known each other for years! Ashley and Leslie are bother very knowledgeable and were both extremely helpful! They gave me honest opinions and they showed me a lot of dresses similar to what I came in looking for! I read all of the reviews before making the call, and I can honestly say that these ladies are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They are not pushy salespeople, and they gave me their undivided attention and did not rush me. I did not have all my girls with me today, and my wedding is over a year away, but one thing I know for sure is that we will definitely be getting our bridesmaids dresses from here!

Went for my girls bridesmaids dresses today and had such an amazing experience! The owner Leslie is such a sweetheart and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect for everybody. All the other workers were helpful and so sweet as well especially Concetta. The place was so clean and in order and they work with you on pricing to make sure you get everything you want. I would recommended this place to anyone looking for bridesmaid dresses!

Horrible experience! First when I went there I was charged an extra $10 after realizing all the other bridesmaids in the wedding party paid less then me? So I call and they tell me it was human error which ok that happens but one other girl in the bridal party the same thing happen to her ? So that was strange! Now I go pick up the dress I need alterations so they suggest their seamstress $100 flat rate. Okay so I do the alterations she charges me an extra $20 (because it was a big alteration) but they promote $100 flat rate ? So I go to pick up the dress with the seamstress and I try it on everything feels okay you know she’s touching it she’s playing with it so I thought nothing was wrong! Mind you I’m rushed because she leaves at 7:30 and I got there at 7:15. I try on my dress the day before the wedding just one more time and the STRAPS ARE COMPLETELY UN EVEN ! VISUALLY UNEVEN ! I’m sorry as a professional the seamstress should have seen her mistake when I was trying on the dress and fixed it but instead she let me leave with the dress like that. I call to talk to them about this problem and they tell me that’s my responsibility to notice the mistake !! Are you kidding me how am I suppose to notice the straps are uneven when it is the first time wearing the dress that’s not fair this is not my profession I wouldn’t know what to look for or not to look for ! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ! Would never give them business ever again and I will be telling all my clients and colleagues about my experience from start to finish! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I wish I could identify what exactly their issue is. Awful with communication. Dresses had something wrong with them and no solution was offered. Customer service 1/10.

I cannot say enough good things about Here Come The Bridesmaids! My girls and I worked with Crystal and Leslie, who went above and beyond to tend to our needs from day 1 at our first appointment. They have a huge selection of dresses, all at discounted prices. Crystal was very patient while we tried everything on and even stayed later than she needed to so that we wouldn’t feel rushed. They made the ordering process as easy as possible for us and answered all questions, calls and texts along the way. Leslie went above and beyond to keep me informed of updates and on top of it was was super friendly and professional . I highly recommend this location for all bridal parties ! Thank you again to the excellent staff!

I made an appointment and when I got there the dress I needed was waiting for me to try on. They were prompt and very helpful. Josephine was honestly pleasure and hysterical. Lots of choices of dresses and decently priced too! Would definitely recommend.

I just have to share the amazing experience I’ve had so far at Here Comes The Bridesmaid in Bethpage.One of my friends found it and I took 4 out of 5 of my girls there for the first time last week. They have great late hours Tuesday through Thursday until 8pm. For someone who works 2 jobs, that is so appreciated!I was lucky enough to meet Ashley our first time there and went back with my bridesmaid (the one who couldn’t make it last week) last night and had such a great experience again! Ashley is very knowledgeable in the bridal industry, as she’s been apart of it since she was a teenager. She even told me I was overpaying for something with my wedding dress and advised I say something to my bridal place!My friend purchased the dress she loved last night and the other girls will be doing the same on Sunday 2/17. YES, they have Sunday hours once a month, also AMAZING!I just can’t say enough great things about this place and the wonderful staff. It truly is a hidden gem in the industrial area of Bethpage and I’m so glad someone told me about it!If anyone is on the fence about where to go, start here and you won’t need to go anywhere else. They have a bigger selection than other places I’ve seen and are more personable as well. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made so far!

My cousin and I had previously come 2 weeks ago to narrow down some choices prior to the whole group coming this weekend. We ended up with 3 dresses and were assured they came in the color she wanted. We returned this week with all 6 bridesmaids/MOHs. We ended up picking one of the dresses and a complimenting dress with some beading for the maids of honor only to be told that the dresses we picked actually dont come in the color the bride wanted. We were all ready to pay and get measured so to find out that we had to start from square 1 again was so frustrating. The place was extremely crowded and the staff was floating around between groups so no one really knew what was going on. We did not feel like we could get the service or attention we needed at this place and we will not be returning.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and very poor customer service. Ordered my bridesmaids dresses online after speaking with a representative to confirm that the dresses would arrive within 12 weeks of my order date, and that they would be cut from the same bolt of fabric by the designer. At 12 weeks I called to inquire as to why the dresses had not arrived and was told that only two of the dresses had come in from the designer. When I inquired as to how they could have been cut from the same bolt of fabric and arrived at different times, I was told that they dont have any control over those types of things but that so far the two dresses that have arrived look pretty similar in color. 17 weeks later and the dresses still have not arrived, despite multiple attempts to follow up with the company by email and most recently by phone. When inquiring about the details of their policy for late deliveries over the phone, their associate hung up on me.

I worked mostly with Leslie, but all of the women there are extremely helpful! What I liked best was that they have a website that you can look on first with most of their dresses in stock in their showroom in at least one size in Bethpage to try on. I went there a week before my appointment with 3/4 bridesmaids, and they let me try on a bunch of dresses and set them aside for the actual appointment. When I went with my bridesmaids, the process for measuring and ordering was seamless, and my MOH out of state had the option to ship to her house. One of my bridesmaids who couldnt be there had absolutely no difficulty ordering her size online, after going to a local bridal shop to be sized. She said Leslie was extremely helpful on the phone and emailed her copies of her order form. The dresses were ordered in mid-August, and I just picked them all up this weekend. It was such an easy, pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend! Thank you so much for making this such an easy experience!

I am so surprised by some of the negative reviews, maybe they have new staff because I was recently there, they were so pleasant, they took time to show me online options they currently did not have in store but we made a future appointment to see a couple of those I liked. The store was cute and prices amazing. Thank you.

My friend, the bride, flew in to look at several dresses at another place where we had an appointment. Despite saying they had the dresses, when we showed up they only had one style we requested. We went over to this place because we thought they might have them...when we showed up without an appointment and explained the situation they pulled those styles of dresses. After trying one on, I bought it for $65 less than the other place was offering. I called them to confirm the order, and I didnt have to wait at all to talk to a very lovely woman who remembered my coming in. I would highly recommend them!

I loved it. For the most part the dresses they show on line they had them available in the store for me to try on.

They have the nastiest most stuck up staff of any dress store on the island. They dont want to spend a minute of time helping even when you have an appointment the measured everyone in my bridal party wrong and the dresses all came in too small now they have to pay for even more alteration. One of my bridsmaids lost over 20 pounds and the worker said maybe you gained 20 pounds since the fitting meanwhile they had lost weight. Besides the staff being rude the hours are terrible, and sometimes made up as they go along. Back when I had my original appointment they just didnt open that day. I will never recommend this place to anyone go anywhere else please for your sake and your bridal parties sake.Update: I find it sad that the reviews for the store get more care and responsiveness than the customers do in the store maybe you should step away from the computer and focus that energy on your customers and employees. I appreciate that you are sorry and your responsiveness is quick and great but it is to little too late. I should have received this responsiveness in the store.

Shocked by the poor reviews. I had a great experience with them. Easy peasy once you email with Eva. Its not the most glamorous spot, but it does the trick and if you go back there they give you 20% off (my bridesmaids got all of their dresses from here). No problems with anything!

Not accommodating at all and no tailor on staff. My cousin ended up at Macys after ordering her girls dresses here due to not being able to get altered appropriately. Stay away!

Are you a bride? Bridesmaid? MOH? Do you want to be angry, upset, pissed, cheated and lied to!?! If so you have picked the best store to goto in Long Island!!!! I live out of town and the bridal party 7 total went to this store and placed an order. I got sized by a seamstress at Nordstrom’s and Bloomingdales and I was given the same measurements so I knew they were correct.I am 130 lbs and 5’0. Normally wear a size 6-8 depending on the dress. Well this store decided the best size for me would be a size 20. Yes a size 20!! They promised the dress would fit at least 1 area of my body and it was big all around like a trash bag. Here is a picture of how horrible of a fit this was. I could fit another person in this dress! When I called the store and when the bride went to the store rather then trying to be helpful and trying to figuring out how to resolve the issue the employee was rude getting loud with me on the phone. At first she said she’s not a seamstress but then acted like she knew it all and said everything is fixable. She even went as far as telling me how another customer had a miscarriage and was able to get a dress fixed. First off that was the trashiest thing I’ve ever heard to share someone’s personal experience with someone else. That’s when I knew this store has zero class. I told her I visited two places that said if the dress was to be altered the seams would be compromised I told the store this and they didn’t care. They are heartless and rude. I am considering disputing the charge with my credit card company as my card was charged and as the cardholder I never agreed or was disclosed it’s a final sale, no returns. I never signed anything agreeing to that.I ended up talking to another store that sells this dress who was happy to help me figure this out and confirmed this store clearly doesn’t know how to order the right size.I plan on purchasing another dress from a reliable store, because clearly this is not one of them. It’s worth spending extra money to get the job done right then work with inexperienced people who don’t know what they are doing. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!!! Wish I could give them zero stars!

My experiences at Here Comes the Bridesmaid has been wonderful. I first discovered HCTB last year, when my sister-in-law brought me there for her wedding. The experience was so wonderful that I went back for my wedding. I never had to wait for my appointment, they have a huge selection of bridesmaid dresses, and are very helpful. Shay, one of the workers who seems to be there all the time, is absolutely wonderful. She is so polite, knowledgable, and humorous. She has made each and every visit to HCTB so enjoyable. Since both of my experiences have been so wonderful I have sent two other brides to HCTB.A MUST GO TO FOR YOUR BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES!

Is there a reason that no one picks up a phone in this store. Have been trying for over two hours with no luck. And it is during the hours listed on there site.

Cheaper than other places, great service when you are AT THE SHOP. Getting a hold of someone is impossible. Forget about calling you will never reach anyone and if you email they take days to email back.
