Nothing but wonderful things to say about Ear Works Bethpage. From Joy the receptionist, to Lindsay my hearing aids specialist was a great experience. Made my visits feel comfortable and easy to have. Thankfully I can hear much better now! 😊

For many years, I continue to receive excellent customer service from the staff at Ear Works Audiology, especially from Joy and Dr. Lindsey Block. Dr Lindsey Block is attentive, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable . I appreciate Dr Lindsey and Joys assistance recently to get me replacement customized ear plugs that are essential for my job. Anytime my colleagues inquire about my ear plugs, I always refer them to Ear Works.

It should be said that Joy is a Joy. She was patient and explained everything. As the face of the company, she really was helpful. Dr. block was also patient and let me know all my options. I did not feel like I was being sold, but fairly evaluated.

Ear Works is the best. The staff at the Bethpage office cant be beat. They are competent, friendly and above all ALWAYS help. If you need hearing aids and dont get them from Ear Works youre making a mistake.

I was happy with the Nurse Practitioner and also the Dr. who gave me my ear test. Very attentive and answered all my questions without being rushed.

It is a wonderful experience when the staff in a medical office treats you like a friend. Dr. Block and Joy are exactly like that - friendly, kind and more than helpful. They are competent, informative, but most importantly make you feel comfortable and welcome. I would not go anywhere else.

Buyer beware! We went to Ear Works Audiology in Bethpage, Long Island, New York and were charged $3,000 for hearing aids, which included a sly and underhanded non-refundable deposit of $300. Ear Works Audiology also wouldnt release hearing test results to the patient (claiming the results are in their computer and can only be sent to other doctors via fax), most likely another lie. We returned the hearing aids because of the loud static interference. Dont let your family fall victim to Ear Works Audiology, there are many other choices for hearing aids. Do your research...

Dr. Lisa McDevitt, appointment probably lasted 5 minuets, Walked out. More concerned about the “2 patients waiting” than the patient sitting in front of them. Been almost 2 years since my hearing was tested. I was interested in upgrading my hearing aids since the ones I have do not work for me anymore, she was gonna try to fit me with new hearing aids without testing my hearing to see if they worked for me first with my level of hearing as she put it “we can’t do both” I have patients waiting, why is that my problem ? I have an appointment, I have a significant hearing loss, I need new hearing aids which I’m about to pay thousands of dollars for and I want to discuss my options, every other audiology place I went too I’ve done everything with no pressure of time or “other patients waiting” but I guess I’ll go back to those places and put that in someone else’s pocket now who will help me I only came here for convenience because this is the closest audiologists to me id gladly go to further places . if you wanna feel unimportant and just like a paycheck for the audiologists please come here, if you want someone who cares and wants to help and better improve your situation go somewhere else.

Good... Hearing aids are very expensive, even with insurance. They are very nice. But my hearing is still just ok.
