First time Public storage customer, and the staff at his location from the time I arrived til the time I left provided the best service by far of any establishment Ive been to. Brianna had always catered to my needs and concerns without hesitation and had always provided for a great experience. The rest of the staff was equally fantastic and had provided same level of care and service as Brianna had. The staff, the storage facility everything was great always clean and someone there to help you. Id recommend this location at 4113 Hempstead over any public storage location on the island. Will definitely be coming back here for any storage needs.

Brianna was extremely efficient. Showed us our unit, answered all of our questions clearly and accurately. Was very happy not to waste any time because I had a lot of packing up to do! The location is close to my home and I like that we can enter any time between 6 am and 9 pm. Price of unit was within my budget and, in fact, was less than others I had looked at. Glad to review a good establishment.

If you Love having a reservation only to find out that it means absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you ! If bait and switch is your thing (reserving one type of unit and then being told on move in day that sorry those arent available ), you will not be disappointed here ! If you like being nickle and dimed with charges (like a $19.00 Lock fee, mandatory insurance, admin fee . etc) go there ! and if you dont care that your rate can change to anything they want, at any time they want, with 30 days of notice (good luck moving out a 10X20 unit full of your stuff in that short of time frame ) then you will be 100% happy here !

I previously rented at another location and stopped in here because I may need storage again next month. Dawn was very helpful explaining the sizing and pricing of the units. Will definitely return when I am sure I need the space.

After walking out of the Public Storage directly across the street due to rude staff I was very hesitant on coming into this location... let me just say thankfully I did! Brianna was so personable and extremely professional! She answered the many questions myself and my husband had, as well as showing us a good 5 different units to make sure we were happy. Although I am not ready to rent until October I will be sure to come back here as well as send my friends and family here who are in need of a storage container.

I was very pleased with service at this Bethpage Public storage facility at 4113 Hempstead Turnpike. From the time I signed up for a unit to the day of moved out, the staff there and manager Brianna were very helpful, courteous and professional. I want to give extra kudos to Vincent. My father and I were moving out and we were told we needed to move out by the 31st before 5pm to avoid being charged for another month. We were able to move everything out but we just missed the time to officially closed out my unit since we just got there 11 minutes after 5pm. With the help of Vincent, he spoke with his manager Brianna and she was very understanding and waived the extra month charge. Thank you both for the courtesy, professionalism and providing excellent customer service. I was very pleased and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a storage facility.

I have been renting at this location since 2003. I have not been to my unit in a very long time. I usually pay my bill over the phone due to the fact I am severely handicapped. However I came into the location to pay my bill this month and the young lady Brianna not only came to open the front door for me but also helped me in and out of bathroom and into my car as well. Erik was also very friendly while taking my payment and helping me since I was unable to see on the counter. Not many young people are willing to help elders especially handicapped ones but these two really went above and beyond for me. I then came back today and a gentleman named Vinny helped me to my unit, roll the door up, and waited with me just incase i needed anymore help. After expressing how much I appreciated all of this Vinny helped me get to the website to write this review.

I was having a really bad day my phone broke, I almost almost got hit by a car,my son Anthony Fuller storage needed to be paid . Just moved in but have used this facility in the past as well. Came back here because its great! I had previously rented at a different facility and was unhappy with that facilitys property condition and staff. Bethpage made it so super simple to move my stuff over to their location and was so fast and helpful with making things happen and accommodating me almost immediately! Be sure to buy your lock from anywhere but them, months paying on my unit, only to find out that i was completely ROBBED, Not One Person had the keys to my unit, just myself, ROBBED, took everything except 4 boxes, DONT BUY THEIR LOCK!!!!
