Not sure if this store is run by the company or not, but I’ll say that the company has THE worst customer service! They don’t return messages when there’s an issue. And, the company workers lack customer service skills. If I ever want to order their clothes, I now know that I need to buy them from a retailer that has a reputation for good service, such as Bloomingdales or Nordstrom.

Nobody answers the phone. The store has posted that it opens at 11am but nobody is there. I was waiting and actually got a parking ticket trying to go to this store. I will not try to shop this brand again. Too much of a hassle!

Beware of return policy! They hard sell and don’t tell you - only store credit on returns.
