I had my windshield replaced at the shop on Rantoul. The service tech was great, installation looks clean, parking sticker and inspection sticker moved to new window, window was cleaned. I would def use them again

Brought my mothers car in to have the molding fixed because it became loose and started falling off when she drove. Employee said it just needed some glue and he walked over got a glue gun and re glued the molding and then put some tape over it to let it set. Asked him what I owed him and he said no charge for a little glue. Very nice and professional. Ill recommend them to everyone.

I scheduled an appointment once and showed up and they didnt have the window replacement in. They told me to come back in two days and they didnt have the window that day either. Then they said that they would come to my place to do the replacement and they wouldnt charge me extra. I left the car at the agreed upon location, unlocked, but they didnt do the service on it. Then I had to bring the car to the store and they charged me the extra $20 for coming to my location anyways. I loved the staff I interacted with, but if you can go to any other company besides Safelite, I would recommend you do so.

I had to go back 3 separate times for my windshield replacement, and they put the wrong one in AND damaged my brand new car in the process. They erased my records I am assuming to try and cover it up, but said theyd pay for the damages. Now, they wont call me back and you cant get through to them via phone. Definitely would not recommend using this location.

I had scheduled to have my windshield replaced and they canceled without any warning. I called and theyve made it so you cant talk to anyone. Apparently they think COVID can be transmitted through a phone call. They kept no record as to why they canceled and is impossible to find out why. Im never using this company again. They are extremely unprofessional and have no idea what theyre doing. If you just look around there are plenty of other businesses that provides the same service for hundreds less. Avoid these people at all cost and actually save your money going elsewhere.

I had my windshield repaired here (small crack on the front windshield around the size of a quarter). They did a fix where you can still see the crack. Now my car cannot pass state inspection because the crack is still visible and was rejected today specifically because the crack is still visible.

Repair failed, no one answers phone nationally. Submitted request for help with failed repair, 2 weeks later no response. Save yourself the hassle, use someone else. They operate under several company names. Checkout reviews on BBB, who, btw gives them an A rating in spite of a massive amount of complaints. Came here to give peeps a real heads up.

Oscar came, he spent maybe an hour, and when finished, I had a perfect windshield!!!

Nobody likes dealing with damage to their vehicle, but these guys made the process so easy that I honestly didn’t t mind. You can tell it’s a well run shop.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this shop. The staff was very kind and respectful. The repair was very quick, even though the shop was very busy that day. The new windshield is great as well.

Just all-around great service. Steve is the best. They made it easy to work with my insurance, and they honored their own warranty when it was needed.

Great customer service! They had my window fixed within a half hour of me bringing my car in. Only took 2 days for them to order my glass and make an appointment!!
