My tire story. I had a flat tire and installed the spare doughnut, upon inspecting the flat it was do time for new tires. I had purchased 4 new tires from a competitor and paid for mounting and balancing.Those guys told me it would be a week or more before I could have them installed, all the while there 4 bays were empty. No cars in the lot or in the bays.I could not wait the time they scheduled me because of a long work commute. Next day I called Hogan tire.I spoke to a gentleman named Pete. ( BLESS YOU PETE!) Explained my situation and my concerns.He squeezed me in that day! Upon my arrival there location was booming. All bays filled, lot was packed. They had me in and out in an hour. Everything was perfect and they even packed my spare back in the trunk. So....If you want the best of the best in tire care. Look no further then Hogan tire in Beverly.

My tire went flat as I was driving nearby, and they were able to get me in immediately to replace the flat tire and my other three tires, which were also due for replacement. They completed 4 tire replacements and an alignment in less than hour - with zero advanced notice. I was able to get back to my work day as businessowner owner with minimal interruption. I highly recommend!

Had my brakes fail on my 2005 Mini Cooper one day. I limped into Hogan tire and asked if they could assess the problem. Their mechanic found that both brake lines had rusted and were leaking. They said it was a job that could easily do. THe work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

I brought in my Ford Explorer for a 4 wheel alignment after many years and potholes. It was brought back into spec, but the steering wheel was still slightly off center during my test drive, apparently not an uncommon issue with electronic steering. I brought it back and they immediately took care of the issue. It is now PERFECT, hasn’t been this good in years. A professional place.

A quick visit to MA for Easter to see my son in college. When he picked me up from the airport I new his car needed help.Hogans Tire was amazing from beginning to end. They got me an appointment same day I called and did not take advantage of the fact I was out of state and not knowledgeable. Reasonable estimate and work done the same day. My recent experience at Hogan was nothing like ever before. Historically, I’ve frequented the Dodge St location for its stellar service, but that’s not what I got. Something’s clearly changed. Looking at recent reviews it seems management has changed. I wish them luck.

I was driving on 4 tires that had dry rot in between the treads... I did not know till one tire would not hold air. Bad. Old truck/low miles, a suggestion was made that was explained to me and fit what I needed. I felt confident to quickly agree.Service was A#1 in every regard, including waiting time. The tires I bought were perfect for my particular usage. The price was very good, and there was a personal bonus. Hogan Tire is an old school American family business started in Boston back in 1915 or so.... and they do not even carry tires from a certain unmentionable Communist country.Take your business to Hogan Tire Beverly.Very Respectfully,Douglas A Chase, MSGUSA, Retired

I have done business with hogan for years the service today was the worst i have ever seen since tom left beverly .i just tried calling 5 times first time put on hold multiple times first time hold for 7 minutes called back 4 more times never got through called woburn to complain guess what put on hold what a surprise called town fair tire picked up first ring and purchased trailer tire and 4 truck tires no aggravtion no waiting on hold for hours

Great service during COVID- very helpful salesmen. Helped me find a great set of off-road tires for my Jeep. Work was done well and on time. Price was good. (Better with their credit card.). Five stars all the way if they had cleaned my tires/rims a little after install. That would have been a nice touch that I have at at other places on a $1000 set of tires. Overall- highly recommend.

Hogan Tire in North Beverly has treated me and my cars with excellent service for the past 12 years. My experiences have included brake repair, A/C issues, tire purchases, battery / leads replacement, and engine code resolutions. I always appreciate their honesty in scheduling and quoting costs. If its going to take a few days to get the parts in prior to starting the work, theyll tell you that upfront. Ive never paid more than a quoted estimate at Hogan, and Ive had several experiences where the bill came out significantly lower than the initial quote. My most recent visit was handled by Corey. He went way beyond normal expectations to research an unusual condition with my A/C compressor sensor and lined everything up (including having a replacement compressor available in case the sensor replacement was not successful). He made sure his A/C guy Ron was available on the appointed day. Hogan figured out and fixed the problem (it was sensor) and charged me $145 less than the first quote (they were able to get a less-expensive sensor). And I used one of their coupons to reduce the bill by another $25. Theyre the best!!

Great service and fair prices. Hogan Tire has been taking great car of our tire and wheel needs for years. Highly recommended.

They charge $70 or so for tire changeover (winter to summer and summer to winter) even if the tires are bought from them. This comes out to $140 or so per year.I found out that Direct Tire has free change overs for life if you buy from Direct Tire. So if you save $140 per year for changeovers, you can save money to buy completely new tires within 3 to 4 years.If you are buying winter tires or currently pay to get them changed-over every season, it makes absolutely no financial sense to buy from Hogan (or any other company that charges for similar things). Consider your current tires a sunk cost, stop spending the $140 or so per year, and go buy new tires from a place that offers free tire changeover (doesnt have to be Direct Tire).

I wont go anywhere else from now on. Its so hard to find a place to trust, and I trust the people that are here. They did what they could to squeeze me into their schedule and were so super busy, but still made sure to give me updates of how long it was going to take. Prices are reasonable and the people are so wonderful

Very good experience here. Visited Hogan for a road force balance to alleviate a troublesome highway vibration problem I was having on my Camaro. This really works! Vibration is gone.Very friendly, personable staff. Even the techs there are great to talk to. Different vibe than a Town Fair or NTB. Im guessing since it is a family business, the people that work there seem more invested in the customer experience.Recommended.

I have had excellent experiences at Hogan Tire in Beverly. Their customer service is amazing. I take my vehicles there every time they are having an issue or if they just need an oil change. Plus, while you waiting you can walk right over to Nicks Roast Beef for a little while, you cant beat it. Hogan always keeps me rolling!

I am so pleased with this place. I dont live anywhere near Beverly, but my teenage daughter was driving my car in Beverly and had an immediate tire issue. Some friends helped her put a spare on but I didnt feel comfortable having her drive home. I found Hogan Tire on the internet, called them and told them she would be coming in right away for service. They were expecting her when she drove up and fixed her problem expeditiously. Its very stressful knowing that you cant help your child, but she was in good hands. Thank you so much.

I had a high pitch whistling noise and I brought it to a dealership where I got the car. I made an appointment for 7:30 that day and my car ended up staying there all day for them to tell me they couldnt anything. When I went to Hogan I had an appointment for 11:30. They took it in within a half hour. Found the problem and had it fixed within 2 hours

My cars TPMS light was on. So I brought my car to here to fix it. I waited for 2 hours and the staff said they got the problem fixed by replacing the old TPMS sensor with a new one and they charged me $60. But when I drove my car, I found out the TPMS light was still on. So I called them asking why the warning light was still on and they said I need to drive for a few miles to activate the new sensor. But after at least 10 miles of driving the light was still on. So I brought my car back to the shop before they closed for the day. Another technician checking up my car and finally realize they did not put the new sensor in my tire. What a careless technician and ignorant staff. I bet the guy standing in the front desk doesnt know anything about the car.

Overcharged me for parts, took way longer than they said it would, and since I got my car back it has been shaking and feels unsafe to drive. Worst car service Ive had the misfortune of working with

Quoted me 2200 for 2 drive shafts . 900 each shaft and 400 labor . brought it to my other mechanic . only needs 1 drive shaft and hes installing the one I buy for $80. Part costs $550 at advanced auto parts parts but I am going with the one On Amazon for $180. $260 for a job they wanted $2200 .Only reason I was there was to replace my o2 sensor and told them to check out a knocking coming from front. I already had the o2 sensor but he said thats like me bringing a sandwich to McDonalds. (Even though McDonalds has their burgers on hand, while hogan obviously doesnt carry my parts on hand)Take this warning with heed because these are the down right lowest group of weasels, even for a mechanic business.$260 instead of $2200 .. Let that sink in . hogan will likely respond that isnt the part They would have used, warranty blah blah. Keep in mind advanced auto parts charged $550 and comes with lifetime warranty. Thats only $630 .
