Came in for a full synthetic oil change. Heard a rattling sound as I was driving away, I thought it may have been something benign until the sounds got more violent. Pulled over in the next safe parking lot to see the skid plate dangling and damaged. It was damaged from the scraping against the road. Called it in to inform them, they told me if I can get that last bolt off, I can bring it back and they will take care of everything.I didnt have my tool box with me so it took some time to find a tiny multitool in the truck, then did the removal by climbing under the truck while it was raining in this parking lot, scuffing up my coat and getting all dirty. I spent an hour getting it off, driving all the way back in traffic, then waiting in for them to pull it in and reattach it, just to learn they werent going to issue any refund or compensation. I was told nothing was damaged therefore no refunds, despite the visible damage disrupted schedule on my end.When my mistakes cause one of my clients to lose time or money, I rectify it through better service and equivocal compensation. This is basic business ethics.I was willing to sort this out locally but there was no resolve despite the wasted afternoon. I would have continued my errands and reattached the skid plate later myself if I knew this was the follow up I was going to receive.This ordeal was a colossal waste of time and money.

The manager and technicians here were great. I got new spark plugs and was able to get my car back the next morning early than they had quoted me. Thank you!!

Absolutely deplorable service. Overfilled oil, didnt secure skid plate back on the truck, damaged my truck then refused to refund my money or repair the damage even though the tech admitted he forgot to bolt the skid plate back on and watched it fall off as the truck drove away. Oh and he couldnt be bothered to call my cell and let me know as he watched it fall off the truck! This place is run by incompetent crooks. Go anywhere but here for your next service!!

They were busy, but came out to tell us how long it would be if we were going to wait. It actually wasnt as long as they thought and I consider this great customer service. The price was great too.

Theyre good for changing the oil and replacing the air filter but when it comes for more complex stuff like changing the break pads or the tires it starts to get a little rocky haha. Just go for oil changes

My elderly mother took her car to the rantoul street jiffy lube in Beverly ma. First, they made her believe she was getting full synthetic oil, but they actually put in a blend. The more egregious deal was replacing the cabin air filter. They showed her a dirty filter, got her to agree to a new one, and then installed it incorrectly so that the cabin air fan rubbed on the filter. I fixed it myself. This cabin air filter was 49.99 on the invoice. A quick web search shows the most expensive cabin air filter at $14.99, so this is a pretty steep markup. Seems like a grift.

They were quick, friendly, and definitely priced well. The gentleman that did my oil change was not at all pushy like some can be I have two filters instead of telling me both needed to be replaced which I already knew only one of them needed to be, he was honest and said I could wait a while for the one and gave a great price on the one I did need. As a female I feel most places assume I have no clue but he was great did not try to pull a fast one or upsell me on getting them done. Definitely going back for my next oil change.

Every time I go there they treat me and my car with the upmost respect, they give me exactly what I want, and help me out with headlights, I always get the discount which helps a bit, and the guys and woman I talked to seem pretty knowledgeable.

The Manage Lisa there is awesome. She runs a good tight shift. Everyones friendly. I dont know if anybody knows but you could take your car there to check if theres anything wrong with it and thdy give you a print out and let you know if you want them to do it you bring up back in a few doll you dont. And the oil changes that they doing now you could just sit the car while they do it. Hi recommend anybody to go to them they are really great its awesome place to go for your car.

I asked them to take a look at my tire and they didnt put it on a Jack or anything they put air in it and said it was fine I didnt like that because Im taking a trip shortly if I have a slow leak wouldnt that caused me to have a blowout

$99 for a synthetic oil change? Save yourself some money and drive the extra few minutes elsewhere. I know I won’t be going back with those prices.

It was my first time going to this place. I used them because I badly needed an oil change and they are close. I will never use their service again. I asked them how much would it cost for an oil change and the guy said $40.00 is at our high end price. I asked can I use my coupon for $10.00 off? They said yes. I expected the price to be no more than $40 and with my coupon to be $30. The cashier tried to charge me like $80 something for a kind of oil I did not need. Then the cashier charged me $67.00 for the standard oil change. When I asked to leave before they did anything work they told me that they already drained my oil. So with my coupon I ended up paying $57.00. They have a better chance of winning the lottery 3 times in a row than ever getting my business again. They are not totally honest business people. Stay away from Jiffy Lube on 477 Rantoul Street Beverly, MA unless you want to be tricked and taken advantage of. They lie and make sure that you have to use their service by draining your oil before you even give them the go ahead on the service. Even if they can claim that I did give them the go ahead on the service I only used their service when I thought with my coupon it would be $30. I hope that they don’t lie and trick other people in the future, but they probably will.

I left this establishment completely violated. They went into my counsel and took out medical marijuana prescribed to me due to all hardware in my left ankle. I have a mini dash board recorder. I drove back to give them the opportunity to admit it and they completely laughed at my face. I still have the video that is synced to my phone and will be sending it to the state attorney generals office. Marijuana is legal in Massachusetts and it was sealed away, as well I do have my medical marijuana card that was issued to be before it became legal. Please if you go to this location ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BELONGINGS!!

I went in last minute on a Saturday and the gentleman that were working took good care of me. They were very kind, and theyre waiting area was very open and welcoming. They did not try to upsell me with any mumbo jumbo . It was a very easy quick transaction Thank you guys

Ive had nothing but fantastic service here. Come here often to get my oil changed, and the guys there are knowledgeable, friendly, and dont try to rip you off. Jiffy Lube in general is a little pricier than your local non-chain shop, but I like how fast they are and how short a wait I usually have to be seen.

This was the last place I received an oil change. My car has been rattling uncontrollably for the last week. I went to auto zone to have my fluids checked prior to bringing it to a shop because it feels as though it is the transmission. Turns out these individuals did not drain my oil prior to refilling it. The Auto zone rep showed me that it is extremely overfilled. I will never go to a Jiffy Lube again. Thanks for possibly ruining my car!

Beverly Location - Terrible, they add water to top off fluids, oil still looks dirty after change. This has happened TWICE. No excuses, NEVER AGAIN at this location... it’s gone way downhill.

Just wanted an oil change. They didnt even replace the oil plug without it leaking! Always push the up-sell, way too much $$$$. Stay away IMHO.

Customer service is friendly and they work with you to get the discounts but thats it.They vacuum. Thats it. Never topped off my windshield fluid, wipe exterior windows, windshield front or rear.The most recent time Ive been there they messed with my mass air flow sensor which led me to replace it at $500 out of my OWN pocket.I write with sincere concern as Ive been a jiffy lube customer for 10 years. Wilmington location and Salem, NH locations have been by far, the best.Unfortunately after my last visit, it will be my final.Sorry to leave a bad review but I will not be recommending another jiffy lube again....

They damaged my oil pan, Which they had to replace. This caused my car to leak, which in turn the oil dripped out and caused my engine to overheat. Now Im having more issues because it overheated I might have blown a head gasket.

Weve been going to JL in Beverly for years to have our oil change and their customer service is top notch. We noticed our oil light came on in our car this week and we called JL to ask for their help in troubleshooting the problem; we were going to have the car towed to the shop, but Mike from JL offered to come to our house in Wenham at the end of his work day to take a look. He inspected the engine and found the problem to be with the radiator fluid (not the oil). He went above and beyond the call of duty and JL has our business for life. We will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants professional, qualified individuals to help maintain the life of your vehicle - as they clearly do more than just change your oil. Thank you Mike and the whole JL team!

Did an oil change on my car and stole my quarters out of my change cup! BEWARE!!!

I will never go back. During a routine oil change,the technician put in the wrong sized washer, causing the oil to leak out to 1.5 quarts 2 weeks post service. Almost ruined my car.

I went in for a transmission fluid change and was told it was leaking the whole thing was covered with fluid took it down to my mechanic and was told it was bone dry

Need to upgrade there tech at checkout.
