Tony is fantastic! He was able to retrieve all my info from one phone with a broken screen and put it in another phone in the middle of a busy day with very short notice, all information and pictures intact at a reasonable rate.. What a relief for me, I highly recommend Marconi!

Tony was awesome! I had a dead phone that wouldn’t charge and in 20 minutes it was on and ready to use with a good amount of battery. The store was super clean and well set up to follow Covid precautions. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had when getting a phone fixed! I will for sure return the next time I inevitably break my phone.

Tony is the BEST!! He’s got the lowest prices around so it was worth the 45 minute drive. The store is super covid conscious, so nobody is in there touching everything. I had the screen replaced on my iPhone XR with a new screen protector and was in and out in 25 minutes. Plus he’s wicked cool! Something about giving my money to a jerk kills me, so I’m happy to drive down just for him. I highly recommend Marconi Radio! You won’t be disappointed.

Our Samsung Galaxy S5 was not working after brief salt water immersion. After obtaining the replacement charging port circuit board which needed replacing anyway, I decided not to Youtube learn on a phone with good pictures we didnt want to lose.Anthony was highly recommended. He explained in detail what would be involved in attempting to repair it with the risk of screen damage, etc. and no guarantees of success. He cleaned internal corrosion with chemicals not available to amateurs, installed the new part, charged the battery, and brought the phone back to life with preservation of all internal and removable memory. The charge was less than I anticipated.I highly recommend Marconi Radio.

Real quick washed my phone in the washing machine. was going to have to pay 600.00 dollars for a new phone plus I had lost all my contacts and pictures Marconis in Beverly on Rantoul Street they pulled my phone apart piece by piece dried everything off piece by piece put it together and my phone is perfect and I only paid $85 they do a lot at Marconi check it out you wont be sorry

I met Anthony (Tony), Wednesday 12/11/19 in the morning because I was in need of a different phone and was more than happy to assist! I wound up buying the IPhone 6s Unlocked and the process was quick and easy and not to mention stress free! I did have an issue with the battery which resulted in the phone not being to hold a charge and when I presented that issue to Tony he was more than willing to assist and had me come in the next day and had gave me a new battery complimentary and had that setup in less than ten minutes!Tony definitely cares about the business that he offers and I highly recommend checking him out for any and all your electronic inquiries and business! I dropped a phone off for a simple battery replacement last Thursday. I was told it would be ready Monday. I went this afternoon (Wednesday) and they said they didnt have the battery. I overheard the workers talk and it sounded like they never ordered it and forgot about the job. I took my phone back and will need to find another store to help.

Replaced a screen for me. A week later, the screen was having some issues--these guys took it right back despite having a few scratches and set me up with a new one inside ten minutes. Theyre the go-to for phone repair.

Worked with Tony to attempt to get charger port replaced in old Samsung. Unfortunately it didnt work but Tony had warned me it might not. He ordered the part and tried a couple of solutions but when it didnt work he was a consummate professional and wanted no payment for his efforts since he couldnt fix it. Customer service such as this is few and far between these days.

Perfectly done stereo. Great additude. You dont survive in Bev town for 30+ years unless youre doing something right.

I brought my iPhone 7 to Marconi Radio today. My phone dropped and their was a hole line near the camera with no glass. And Marconi Radio fixed the problem in less the 20 minutes. (THEY ARE TE CHEAPEST PLACE TO GET AN IPHONE SCREEN ON THE NORTH SHORE) I highly recommend them to people who need a screen repaired. Or any cell phone problems.

My first and last stop for all things electronic. I remember living at 390 Cabot St in Beverly as a kid and looking out my window over at Marconi Radio every night after the street lights came on. The illumination of light inside the store and the chain of customers made this young street kid fall in love with the movie Battires Not Included. Every day walking home from Washington Beetle Middle School Id walk on Marconis side just so I could look thru the window at all the cool gadgets and gizmos Mr. Marconi had. He was the man you went to when you need something fixed once and for good. Now his son leads the way and even to this day driving home Ill go Rantoul just with the hopes of catching that red light at the tracks where 390 Cabot and Marconi Radio are both within the same eye ball. Its all about living in the moment. Thank you Mr Marconi for always being there for my family and most importantly...my mom. Your shop is where my family got our first pagers and then cellphones.
