I recently had to have a headstone updated. Working with Joy, the Abate representative, was wonderful. She is clearly dedicated to her work and on several occasions she went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. For example, since I live out of state I had to handle everything over the phone. At no cost to me, Joy drove to the cemetery to inspect the stone and make sure the work could be done. The result was that everything was done right. And after the work was completed, Joy called me to let me know.
