They dont allow returns. Guys there have no sense of proper business etiquette. The company i work for is telling all our sub contractors not to puchase from there at all. Just bad business there.

Literally the most useless business. No willingness to help the customer. Makes you run around for the answers to simple quiestions that even an armature could answer. Does not back up or replace broken parts. Do not recommend purchasing anything from this business, amazon and other online retailers have all these products for a fraction of the price. And will replace anything you purchase.Good luck on your project.

Just called this place for the first time looking for a specialized bolt (was referred to this business by the manufacturer, mind you) and had the rudest, most unpleasant phone conversation I have ever had with a business. I am appalled you speak to people like this, I will make sure we never purchase anything through them and I recommend you look elsewhere as well.
