Jim was by far the best instructor anyone could ask for. He’s a very patient, understanding and easy going man. He makes riding for you as comfortable as he can by teaching you everything he knows and individually coaching you to do better. Jim makes sure every rider understands the lesson and gives an ample amount of time for everyone to be on the same speed! I would recommend him in a heartbeat!Thank you so much for teaching and believing in my ability these past two days.
Cannot say enough positive things about the beginner rider’s course at 128 Cycles. The instructors were professional, clear and direct, gave a lot of constructive criticism and encouragement. I felt comfortable the entire time, and had a much different riding experience than I did with a previous riding school. Despite it being almost 95 degrees, the class was so fun and perfectly tailored to accommodate anyone who is new to riding or just needs more practice in getting the basics down. Plenty of quick breaks but we kept moving, which I appreciated, and we got out on time both days! I felt safe the entire time and they provided us with good quality bikes that were all the same make and model. Positive attitudes all around from staff at this place and that makes a huge difference. The office was quick to respond with any questions before I took the course and are all knowledgeable. I would say if you’re looking for a riding course, take this one. No matter how far the drive is for you, it will be worth it. Thank you 128 Cycles !!!
I have never been on a motorcycle but always wanted to try! Signed up to see if I would like it and if I could even do it. Jim and Sam were awesome and taught with such patience and professionalism. I loved it and I passed. I need to practice a lot more so I will need a bike!! Thank you for giving me such a positive experience!!!
Great Experience from start to finish. Nicole was fantastic and always answered the phone and emails to answer any of my questions. The riding instructor Jim Burns and his son Sam were great! Jim was very patient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He and his son made the course a great experience and I highly recommend this company!
Very happy I took the MSF course here at 128 Cycles! Wor (sorry if I misspelled name) and Barbara were great instructors and very encouraging! There were many times I felt defeated and intimidated, but the instructors and my fellow classmates reassured me I had what it took. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend to any newbie wanting to get over the fear of riding a motorcycle to take the course at this location.
It is a good school for learn the motorcycle. Jim and Barbra very good instructor and very good staff everyone has to go there for get the license thanks Jim and Barbra
Warren and Jim were excellent instructors! Great overall experience. Highly recommend!

Nicole was so easy to work with. She answered all questions in a timely and professional manner. She went above and beyond to make the process simple and easy to understand. She was very accommodating and helpful. It made for a wonderful experience. The range instructors, particularly Bill, were awesome. They were great coaches and teachers.Overall, a great experience.
Hard to understand instructor but he’s cool, course is basic and u don’t get much help first day, second day is better and he watches ur flaws and instructs you directly instead a whole class
Had great moments, saturday and sunday thanks to nicole and the 2 instructor they were very serious teaching, they make sure everyone is safe, i recommend this place for sure i did pass my test but i did learn a lot i did got yelled ones but it was worth it, i am glad i took Msf courses
I thought I was an experienced rider, until I took the two day Basic Rider Course here. The two instructors were incredibly easy to work with and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. Most everything they went over, I kind of knew, but never properly trained myself in, thus giving me a better skillset to protect myself on the road.I didnt know what to expect upon attending the course, but was happily surprised about how laid back and professional everything was. Our days started early at 6:15 am, motorcycle familiarization, basic functions of riding, braking, and motorcycle manipulation. Small breaks here and there, and time to rest between different exercises (U-turns, turning, quick stopping, etc).Im glad that I took the course, and Im grateful for the instruction I received!
Excellent school to get your motorcycle license. The instructor was very friendly and knows all about how to ride and how to teach you to ride. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is seeking to get their license.
My husband and I took this class a week ago. I had never been on a motorcycle before and left the class feeling confident and most importantly safe to ride. The instructors were patient, encouraging and kind. They never made me feel inadequate and gave me helpful tips on how to adjust my riding to succeed at each step. I was able to go through all the skills on the driving test sucessfully in just 2 days! We just received our motorcycle licenses in the mail today!
I did my Class Jim is the best teacher ever I’m driver from 25 years and he teach new techniques I ddnt know, I highly recommended this school, and thank you Nicole for the great experience
Excellent training and fully setup. Great dealership and gear shop also.
Would highly recommended this class to anyone who’s interested in riding a motorcycle, not only does it count as your Massachusetts Class M road test but you learn valuable tricks from a knowledgeable MSF instructor. My whole class passed with flying colors and it was a great experience to learn with fellow riders and be able to see the progression of everyone. Due to covid-19 we did the classroom portion online so I can’t speak on classroom time but if it’s anything like range days you will get your moneys worth. Can’t recommend this course enough!! Must Have if you are looking into riding a motorcycle!!
I really enjoyed my Basic Rider Course, the classroom wasnt just a boring read-out-of-the-book, they encouraged group work and group discussion. The days on the track were even better. Kurt and Jim were GREAT, they took the time to explain things, give tips, and make sure you really understood the objective and demonstrated each exercise. This is obviously important given the seriousness of the course, but you could tell they really cared and wanted you to succeed. Would highly recommend this course to anyone who has never taken a safety riding course!!
The atmosphere of riding school at cycles was what interested me. It wasn’t intimidating at all whether you were a new rider or have been riding for years. It’s a good basic skills course that helps you refine and practice safe and effective strategies for being on the road. Staff was super friendly and returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Both instructors were great! Offering encouraging words to build confidence they made riding fun and easier to understand and were good at noticing what we were doing wrong. They then could give us technical advice and suggestions to work on the next go around with their feedback.
Great program. They teach you everything you need to know about riding, and the proper way of doing it. Highly recommend taking the course when you are ready to get your license!
Had a great time learning here. Instructions were well informed and help someone like me who had never been on a Motorcycle before ride with enough proficiency to pass the test.
Great guys! Instructors are very friendly and will know you by name by the second day. Had an issue and had to reschedule second field day. It was easy painless to do it. Came back a month later to do the second day. Instructors remembered who I was by name.
If you are determined and enthusiastic about learning how to ride a motorcycle safely, this is a great place to start. I took the MSF Basic Rider Course. The instructor that I had for the classroom and riding sessions Wor (from Thailand) takes the experience to the next level. He exercises the right blend of patience, humor, and discipline to instill a relaxed confidence in his students. A true riding Guru. Worth every penny. ขอบคุณมาก
This was my second attempt at a motorcycle school. My first attempt failed.I must really say that this time the instructors were more patient and understanding.Their instructions and guidance resulted in a successful completion of the course and a passing score.I am definitely a senior beginner, andam not an easy learner at this stage.
As an absolute beginner I was obviously nervous going into my first class, but the super friendly and knowledgable staff had me riding with ease by the end. Highly highly recommended!
Amazing course! Great environment in the classroom, very informitive and hands on, and the instructors were great! Same experience with the riding portion. We were on the bikes within the first 10 minutes getting a feel for them, and the riding coaches were all happy to help and got along with the class great. This is THE place to go to learn how to ride. Even as an experienced rider I learned a lot of new things.
Very knowledgeable staff! Very funny and friendly!! Had a blast!! Will recommend!!
Had no prior motorcycle experience but learned alot from here. Thanks for well established steps to help learn quicker.
Thanks Wor for teaching me, you were a great instructor! Definitely recommend this riding school for beginners and as a refresher course for those who need it.
I loved your school a lot ! Very thankful to instructors for their skills they are shared with us! I had a big fun . Thank you 😊
This place is awsome the instructors break everything down for you step by step to guide you and help you learn everything you need to know about safety and how to ride a motorcycle correctly......its a fun and a exciting learning experience..
Great experience, great instructor. Thank you!
Great place to learn safe riding tactics!
Great experience, I recommend.
The first day was the 6 hrs class, and for something everybody is expecting to be boring did not feel like that because of the instructor Kris, she was funny and instructive, everyone was participating, and I learned a lot.
It was very nice the instructor was awesome
Great classes, awesome informative instructors
Fun and informative
Im 61 years of age and have never ridden a motorcycle in my life, but always wanted to own and ride one. An opportunity to obtain a motorcycle presented itself so I signed up for the motorcycle riding school and took the class in August. I had to stop on the first day due to dehydration and heat exhaustion. Nicole was very understanding and rescheduled me to retake the class in September. At that class even though I received clear and concise instructions from Jim and Christine, I failed due to my inexperience with the slow skilled maneuvers. I again went to Nicole to rescheduled again for November, again she was very supportive and told me not to give up. My next class I was still having trouble with the slow skilled maneuvers, again Jim, Christine, Matt and Ray gave great instructions, however Matt took the time to concisely explain the use of the clutch and throttle to perform the slow skilled maneuvers. By applying his instruction I was able to do all the slow skilled maneuvers easily. Whenever I preformed any maneuver properly the instructors made sure to tell me that as well. I cant thank the instructors enough, they truly wanted me to succeed and by following their instructions I did!
