This is the best Verizon store. Always great service. I recently had an issue with my bill because my new phone credit wasnt appearing. He was very understanding because it was a mutual mistake and really delivered great customer service. He submitted the dispute to corporate and the entire thing was taken care of by my next bill.
Was In and out. I bought a cell phone case and staff was helpful.
Worse cell location ive dealt with in a long time. (Gave them 2 chances)The rating they have looks like its from precovid. Avoid this location!!!

My bf and I came in this past Sunday. Hunter was who helped us. We told him our address two times and somehow he still managed to enter it incorrectly. We were trying to get my bfs phone case mailed to us after he bought a new phone. My bf called Hunter that day after we left to tell him that the receipt with our address was incorrect. He blamed me and said I told him wrong when I absolutely did not. He was suppose to ask his manager how he could fix our address in the system. He never called us back to tell us if it was fixed or not. The delivery truck called my bf today and asked him about our address because he couldn’t find it. The delivery truck driver apologized for Hunters mistake. Hunter probably forgot about the issue and didn’t think it was that important. The case will be delivered to us now since the delivery guy was very kind to change it in the system.
Amazing experience today. Stopped in the store and purchased an amazing LG g8. Trinity was super helpful and gave me excellent customer service. Keep up the great work.
I went into Verizon flustered because I had lost my phone. The entire staff was so accommodating, and assisted me in every way possible. They made me feel even more supported by providing me with a great promotion until my new phone came in. I truly appreciate Jack, the customer service specialist, as well as Donovan and the manager, Scott, for the wonderful hospitality and deals, where they could apply them. You guys are the absolute best! I would recommend this location over any of the others.

I worked with Donavan and even though it took well over 4 hours it was certainly worth it. He was funny and kept a positive attitude during the whole process. He got us a great deal and went through everything in detail. All of my questions were answered more than once. I’m very happy with my experience. Although Jack didn’t help me directly he was great as well. He kept me talking so my mind wasn’t on how long everything was taking. Great job from the both and would recommend anyone in the area to work those two.

Great customer service! After a number of product and service issues with another carrier, I left that store and, en route, contacted this location for alternatives. I spoke with Jennifer, and she carefully listened to what I needed and offered alternatives that met my needs. By the time I arrived at her location, she had the phones and plans we had discussed ready for my review. I selected the best fit for each and she promptly handled the switch, including transferring apps and contacts and setting up autopay. I am very grateful for her help and highly recommend Jennifer and this store.
Excellent customer service is alive and well thanks to Scott (Jeffrey) Bennett at the Bexley Verizon Store.Everything was clearly explained when trading in my phone. Scott presented options and checked on the promotion in place. He definitely had my best interest in mind as he asked about my personal preferences. All of my questions were answered. Scott was personable, knowledgeable and kind.
Jack was awesome. He walked me through everything. He reset my passwords and made sure my iPad was fully setup before leaving. I’m very high maintenance and he was able to still calmly assist me today. I definitely recommend others coming here!

Good, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. But as others have said, its NOT a Verizon store. They charge more for phones than Verizon does in order to give you free accessories along with your phone whether you need them or not. Its kind of shady (on Verizons Part) that theyre able to operate under a Verizon store sign but can charge whatever theyd like for their products. I would recommend going to a real Verizon store or Best Buy/Apple where you can get the devices for the actual retail price.
Jack and Donavan were very helpful and friendly. They turned what could have easily been a tedious process of discussing phone bills and upgrades and all that jazz into a fun day which included getting my phone situation handled and having several laughs to boot. 100% recommend this store!
I was so impressed with the quality of service I received at this location while transferring from my old iPhone to an android. I was assisted by Micah, and he was professional and knowledgeable and very respectful and patient as I asked him a million questions!! So glad this store is in my neighborhood. If you are changing phones, dont do it online! Go into this store.

To be fair, this is a review of all Verizon Premium Retailer stores, of which this is typical. I have yet to be satisfied at one of these non-Verizon-owned franchises.They have limited inventory, especially in accessories, and equally limited technical knowledge. I recommend only company-owned Verizon Wireless stores.

This place will have u waiting all day to pressure you into buying a phone to make more money. I was told several different things by two different people. I know this is their job but disappointed with service. The staff Are nice but it makes no sense that people are not consistent with what they tell customers I’m a Big person about customer service when everyone is telling u the same thing I will be calling the higher up in charge.

So I worked with Donavan in store when I switched from Sprint and I gotta say that He and his staff are great to work with. The process was easier than I thought to switch and I enjoyed the time there.
Although we had a rough start me and Donavan were able to recover my content from my old phone to my new phone. Thankfully he made it easy to learn while explaining the differences from the phones that I went with and ended up purchasing.

Tyler was wonderful when selling me my phone! He helped me get exactly what I needed and had everything set of perfectly when I walked out of the store. And as for the GoAdvantage Program they offer, I would highly suggest getting! I had a phone for years never breaking my screen, but after getting this one I became very clumsy and have needed to get my screen protector changed multiple times. Jen has so graciously put them all on for me and perfectly with no air bubbles or anything! Ive always had a great experience when I came into the store. Tyler, Jen, Micha, and Shane are all so friendly and helpful.

What a MESS. It took well over 2 hours to get a new phone. Not including waiting to be helped (40 min). I just wanted to turn in my old phone and upgrade (simple!). Lots of bait and switch. I was offered a choice of 2 free gifts but both required a monthly service fee (no thx). There was a promotional (free) package that included chargers (the phone didnt come with any). Some items in the package were out of stock so, after he called his boss, I was asked to purchase comparable items. I said no, and he called another boss, who said to fulfill what I was offered, so he gave me comparable items for no charge. I used a credit on my account to cover the cost of a case. Then he performed a $19.99 service that I wasnt asked about and tried to charge me for it. He punched in some numbers said thatll be $140. (But everything I had was either a free promotion or I had already paid for it!) I began asking detailed questions when things werent making sense and I got convoluted, confusing answers and he spent lots of time calling or texting his bosses who would not talk to me when I asked for clarification. The rep was very nice. But it was a terrible experience. I would recommend going to a real Verizon store. UPDATE: I got a call from the manager who apologized and said he would provide some training for the employees at the store.
Drove all the way here at 4:30 and saw a sign saying back at 5:00pm so i go do my other shopping and come back at 5pm nobody was there i left at 5:40 and nobody ever came and unlocked the door. Yes im upset i drove all the way there because they was the only one open at that time that was a waste of gas. Verizon really needs to hire people that wants to do their job. I believe that nobody was there even at 3:15 when i tried to call to see if the store was open because nobody ever answered the phone

Donavan was fantastic. He was extremely helpful. He managed to retrieve all of my photos to my new phone. Even the photos that were not backed up on the old phone. I am from out of state traveling for work and had issues with my phone. So I found the nearest Verizon store and found Donavan. Excellent customer service. Thank you Donavan. 3.5-4 hours of just trying to purchase a new phone with an existing plan. The guy that was helping me was doing everything he could do to slow the process down and the manager in the end was SO condescending. It was my only day off, bought the phone went through the process AND THEY DIDNT ACTIVATE MY PHONE!!!! I dont even have a phone number to set up Apple ID. Terribly awful service and Ive been with Sprint the past few years.

The gentleman I worked with more or less wanted to handle the account the way that he wanted to add a certain insurance and coverage things I didn’t want push product like a used car salesman I wouldn’t recommend going here I wouldn’t go back to even pay my bill here
