Tried to order a new part for my clutch which is obviously broken ATM. Kid on the phone couldnt find my part, didnt even know what a clutch was...then told me I would have to drive there (which is over 30 miles) to prepay for the part to be ordered. Would not let me pay by phone....wow just wow.

Awesome service. Staff went above and beyond to check if my battery was dead -- when the contacts were dirty they fully removed and wire brushed the contacts. Ended up not being the battery, but still, very happy they were willing to go full lengths trying to diagnose the problem.

Never visited the store, I called ahead of time for my battery warranty and the female employee literally said to me “I don’t even know why your calling me”. Her name started with a D and by some other reviews on here she has a record of her “customer service” skills. Very rude and unprofessional. The answer may be obvious to you, but I don’t deal with this stuff a lot. Calling ahead to make sure I have all the information before driving up there is not too far fetched.

Need to be better informed about the products they are selling

Needed a new battery, called to confirm availability and installation. Got to the store and while they had the battery, said they couldnt install. Wouldve been nice to mention that when I called. They did loan me the tools, and I was able to change it myself.

Bought a battery for our 1990 Mazda MPV van. They even put it in for me, without charge.These guys are great and prices are great also.

It’s an auto parts store. Can’t really go wrong... unless the staff isn’t as knowledgeable about the parts/products they sell. Bought a cover and a gasket. Got home to find the cover included a gasket already. This should be something they would have known about. Upon trying to return the unused gasket, a manager had to be asked if it was ok to refund.But if you know exactly what you need from doing your own research this store might have it.

Lightning fast service and a friendly staff

I was in your store today to buy a distributor cap and rotor I was helped by a young woman not sure of her name but her hair was two different colors thats how Im going to describe her not knowing her name her hair did look nice though she went out of her way to help me I had a coupon on my phone and did not know how to bring it up she found the coupon loaded it on my phone rang up my order and also said thank you and have a nice day on a previous visit I was helped by the other gentleman that was there was shorter black hair I think hes probably a student once again great help from him I was trying to find a horn for my boat there was not one on the Shelf but he asked someone else and sure enough they had one in the back I will shop at your store again thank you Blair Nelson

My car was having battery issues. I went in and was helped by Kurt. He was amazing! They install batteries for free. He worked on my car for over 2 hours with my rusty bolts just to replace the battery! He was polite, helpful and when he tried all of the tools available to him and still couldn’t remove a bolt needed to replace the battery, he helped me with an alternative temporary solution. Will be going back when I need more parts for my car (hopefully he won’t have to work on my rust bucket again).THANKS KURT!

What I was looking for was there

I was stressing, I needed thick head gaskets becuase I was getting a little bit of valve lash on my 462 cbi strocker Chevrolet big block. No one had them from Auto Zone, Pitboys, Car quest, Napa, Absoulutly no one. But advanced did and they where very nice and friendly people.

Never shopping at advance auto again... Worst experience baught a part and did not match the core i gave them when i went to return the item they would not accept the return with the reciept. i had the item for 25 hours and told me if i wanted my part id have to pay the 40 dollar core.. Corporate was no help they told me its in the return policy which i did not get a copy of..very unsatified with the service!
