Love this store, wish they had any dragon fabric, but on that note they do have lots of choices, tons of different items and with there coupons prices are killing it! they have anything you want from fabric, baking, decorating, arts and crafts, toys, scrapbooking, to fake flowers! the employees are always kind and super helpful, speedy checkout

Still had up old sale signs and they acknowledged they were old but still left them up, just makes it a bit confusing when try to figure out prices. Besides that good experience.

Went to purchase a knitting needle size gauge. Didnt have one alone. Only one they had was in a packet with other un.needed accessories for $12.99. Ridiculous price !!! After a 14 mile drive to purchase one. Was told to check on line with Amazon. Wonder how long Joanns will be in business.

Multiple items out of stock and damaged merchandise. There were 2 packages of a specific type of clay we needed, and they were both opened and dried out.

I am an avid quilt maker and when shopping for materials the other day I was over the moon with the help and customer service I received from the staff. Maggie L in particular was an amazing help and recommendations she game me! Would return for that level of customer service alone.

Alright staff, save for one who doesnt realize her voice carries out past the dock door. Really obnoxious the comments she made were. Still a decent place to shop despite that.

Love this store! Staff make it a great experience. I go here instead of Grand Rapids. Selection is better. I just wish JoAnn would plan ahead and lease larger spaces, it seems to be squished in at every store except the center point mall.

I went there right before closing on evening to buy some beads for my very good friends birthday. The beads I wanted they were out of but they had their strung beads 70% off. So when I was paying the cashier let me use a coupon she had and the sale wasnt untill the next day but they gave the beads to me for the sale price. Very nice of them. Thanks again.Big Rapids Store

I truly enjoyed my trip to this JoAnn. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of one young lady at the fabric cutting station. Hope her day got better.

They had a really full stock of items. I found way more variety than I was expecting to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Oh, and I got a way better sale on the items than I originally thought! For example, a holiday box that was normally $18 was only $5 and I was expecting it to be $8 at least.

Finally having a craft store in Big Rapids is great! Its large enough to stock what youre looking for but small enough that youre not overwhelmed. The staff is friendly and helpful but not invasive.

I love doing crafts. They always have what you would need to do a craft. Kinda expensive prices but pretty much worth it. So if you like crafts and dont mind spending a little money then in would definitely recommend going here!👍

It has so much stuff just to look at and I have found everything Ive looked for there.

They seem to be carrying less and less of what I need and the quality of their fresh water pearls has gone down and the price has gone up.

I asked for help and they were too busy (not with customers).

Prices seem to be a little high but then I am not Formiliar with fabric stores. I bought 2 spools of thread and they were 9.99 each.wow.

I walked into the store and wandered around looking for what I wanted for about 10 minutes. I was clearly having trouble locating what I was looking for, but nobody offered to help me find anything. In fact nobody even greeted me. There were five employees standing around doing nothing at the fabric counter and when I walked past them they just stared at me. Even if I would have found what I was looking for I would have purchased it from a different store due to poor customer service.

Im a fursuit maker and the stuff is kind of pricey but very high quality in turn.

I love the variety of yarn and yarn colors, service is always fabulous

Joann Fabric has so much variety and choices, so much seasonal decoration options, and so many hobby supplies that I can wander and shop for hours. Staff are great, sales are awesome.
