I was on the Muskegon River with my boat. Thank God I was at the dock when my battery died.Put it on the trailer and went to the Dam Toy Store on the recommendation of the park ranger. The customer service and super friendly people there sold me and installed a new battery. Back to the dock and launched. Then I had a collapsed fuel line. We limped back to the dock.Hauled it back to the Dam Toy Store Marina in Rogers heights. These wonderful people dropped what they were doing and diagnosed my problem and replaced my fuel line.Ive never been treated as well as they treated me, saving the day for us, so we didnt have to go back to Grand Rapids with a broke down boat.PLEASE. IF YOU NEED ANY BOAT SERVICE, PLEASE CONSIDER USING DAM TOY STORE!You wont regret it.

They did a fantastic job how my pontoon boat and make sure that they picked it up I am tired I am a delivery and put in the water I am very happy with the results and the price wasn’t too bad either great customer service great job will always take my pontoon to get work on anytime

Bought a fishing boat in September, still do not have registration or plate. Every time I call I get a different story. Took one month to get boat after paying and paperwork. First time we put in water, motor didn’t work. Very disappointed. They are close so we thought this is the place to service our boating & fishing needs. Pontoon shopping soon. Won’t be back.
