What a great find. The atmospere was delightful. The ice cream was delicious. The service was exceptional. I enjoyed the smell of chocolate as we entered as well as watching someone making carmel. The gift shop was very charming. Overall it was a very lovely visit and if Im ever in the area again I would return.

The young man working there is awesome! Goes above and beyond.Disappointed that they got rid of the Jelly Belly assortment, but did find a beautiful candle.

Very disappointed with our purchase. We spent nearly $100 on fudge and chocolate for gifts and when we opened a box at home the fudge was dry and crumbly. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for fresh fudge. Selection was limited and prices were higher than other Kilwins stores we’ve been to. In reply to your response, we bought it this afternoon and opened it a couple of hours later.

I love walking into this cozy, comforting and welcoming atmosphere! This is one of my favorite places in downtown big rapids! Employees and owners are always very friendly, and helpful.

I love this store. My fiance took me here when we first started dating for ice cream. I smile when I go there because it brings up thoses happy memories.The staff is so friendly and the sweet treats are amazing.

Greeted immediately and offered a sample of lemon fudge. Nice ice cream, it didnt melt real fast so I could enjoy it slowly. The table at the window street side afforded a great view of the outside world. I will definitely go back.Mb.

Nice little shop with good fudge and good prices

Usually our favorite place to go but just now we ordered a peanut butter cup and asked that “one time use plastic” not be used she said no worries it would be in a paper cup. The lady immediately used a plastic paper and the threw it away. The very definition of one time use plastic. 😡Thanks for the prompt reply.No plastic ever. Others have complied and we bring our spoons for the same reason.Trying to love the planet.👍

Thought Id come in for some dessert after dinner. I had a two scoop waffle cone of some cookie dough ice cream, and while it was great ice cream, it certainly wasnt worth >$9. For my money, Ill stick with Culvers.

Salt water taffy all had the same taste... I couldnt decipher between banana, orange,vanilla...they were colored but not flavored... 3.60 for 24 pieces of bland.. not sure p.b. fudge is worth 16 bucks a pound
