So if you cant tell buy the other reviews that THIS place is where you want to go for your electronic technology repair and sales. At the time of my wanting a desktop pc the world was in peril, and the availability of getting items shipped or made for a cost effective price is almost non-existent! When all other businesses turned me away or tried to rip me off, Jacques of Big Rapids Computer Repair and Sales was my plug, when all others where unable or unwilling this man came through with friendly, informational, and and professional services. I will update the review as soon as I get my products, but until then the only negative that could be said is the shop was in a bit of disarray and didnt compliment his professionalism. Honestly I almost walked out, being that I was about to commit to spending a descent amount of money. The shop appearance and the young lad behind the counter was a bit off-putting. But I was really wanting a new pc, so I digressed. Boy did my perception change when Jacques was personable and a businessman, I have dealt with people who have 20 years of experience in sales and they dont have half the persuasive charm that this young man brings. Watch your pocket books cause this man can smell the money thats in there and I swear its a personal goal of his to make sure youll leave it at his store.. willingly of course! Keep up the hard work Jacques and I cant wait to hear from you!

Ive never actually given out a 5 star review for a place I havent set foot in. But I was having trouble with a battery and a big name store quoted me 200-300 dollars. I called here for advice and they gave me an idea which helped me fix my issue on my own. Will definitely be coming here if I have any other future computer problems

Jacques is an honest and hard working young man with a bright future. His work ethic and passion for technology is refreshing. As colleagues we have been working with each other for some time now. As someone who has personally been in the technology repair and sales business for 21 years I am impressed with what I see from this young man.

Jacques went out of his way to get me what I needed in a very short time frame. I was impressed with his knowledge. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend him to others and will be using his services in the future.

Took my desktop that was showing no sign of booting down to IfixTronics on a Saturday they gave me a guarantee its fixed by Monday a week goes by no call. So I decided to give them a call women picks up the phone and says “he has on it on the bench“ proceeded to hang up. take it down to this place and was welcomed with open arms and has it done within 30-40 minutes of dropping it off. He even allowed me to sell old parts to him for his own personal inventory! Very nice guy who deserves more business!

I tried taking my laptop to Ferris’s IT to have it fixed and they were going to charge me $30 for diagnostics along with extra charges for parts and work without telling me when the laptop would be ready. I take it here instead and the laptop is fixed within 15 minutes for no charge. He then gave me upgrades for my laptop at an extremely good price, giving my laptop a few extra years. Absolutely outstanding place.
