Staff are super helpful and friendly! I bought alot of cute fall stuff for my baby shower and they where so helpful when it came to loading and boxing up items. Never had a bad experience and cant beat the prices!

Bought a Burlington motorized recliner couch there, and my wife just loves it. The furniture supervisor Tim was very helpful and extended numerous discounts to us. Just wish I bought it 2 weeks earlier, like my wife suggested and I could have saved 100 bucks.

Some different stuff here than everywhere else. Good place to find furniture. There are some good deals on clearance if you look. Store is clean, some aisles and spaces are empty but its still nice. The staff kinda lets you do your own thing unless they think youre gonna purchase furniture.

We stop in here every couple months.always well stocked. Good prices. Nice pieces in their scratch and dent if you are looking for a deal. Constantly adding things. Well done store. Fairly clean. Great spot to stop and pick up few things without crowds. Only spot we buy mattresses from. They come in a box that fits in our tiny car. Will shop here again.

Its Big Lots. Friendly staff, lots of really interesting little things to buy. Everything is priced decently. Good place to pick up odds and ends.

We purchased a Lane Stonehill reclining loveseat. We havent had it 2 months, hardly used by me and spouse because of summer keeps us outdoors. The back broke on one side. How can this be, substandard furniture?.... and for the cost. VERY DISPLEASED!!!!

Liz and Corrina were so helpful and kind. My debit card wouldnt work and I had to leave and go to my bank. They were ready for me when I returned and helped put my purchase in my vehicle. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Its not a bad store

July 1st. Just getting through our first summer heat wave. These are all the pools left... understandably. What I dont understand is that we were just told they are not getting anymore pools in. Our hottest month is usually August... 🤔

Prices dont seem to be that much fifteenth from department stores except on a few items. Definitely as deep good deal searching type of shopping trip. Their financing for furniture process is quite confusing.

Its clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly. I prefer this store over Meijer any day.

I ordered a couch that was on sale in February and the guy at the desk assured me that it would be there the following week or the week after. When I checked back with them they were rude and snotty on the phone saying that if I didnt receive a call from them then it isnt in and they wouldnt know know when they would get it off truck. Not very good at customer service and I dont think I will be going back to that store anytime soon. And go figure 7 weeks later I still dont have the couch and they are just as rude and snotty.

Big lots is a great place. We bought some furniture here. We got it home & we couldnt fit one part of the sectional in the basement apartment we live in. My wife called & they had no problems letting us bring it back for a full refund. We then going a beautiful set and brought them home. The managers & workers here go out of their way to help you. They are very polite & respectful.

Had things on sale and wasnt told until after I left.

What you would expect

Good service, very clean and normal Big Lots items that are competitively priced. Unfortunately I will never return due the condition of the parking lot. Had to dodge numerous craters, not potholes, to get to the store. Stay away if you value the condition of your vehicle.

Great selection of furniture, and other items. I love to pop in to see what treasures I can find. Also, I love that I can layaway furniture (nothing other than furniture can be put on layaway though) and I have up to 6 months to pay it off. Staff is always friendly.

They were very friendly, but I didnt realize the day before I spent $500 that I could have saved$100 with my purchase, I felt that they could have done something to save me that kind of money! I usually love to visit this store and check out savings. Tonight, however, was a disaster! Put one foot out of my car, and slid under my car on the black ice in the parking lot! Told the cashier, and she did not even ask if I needed to speak to a manager or anything. My boyfriend was with me, and came around the car to find me half under the car! Got up, am a bit banged up and bruised, but seemed like cashier just did not care😞

I was impressed as soon as i walked in. It is the cleanest Big Lots Ive ever been in. They have a great selection of furniture inside and out...very neat with a great layout. The employees were friendy, but Quera, the cashier was awesome! She was just so comfortable talking with the customers as she rang them out, and has a beautiful smile. I had a nice conversation with her. I would definitely recommend this store and would go back even thougn I live 3 hours away. Keep up the good work!

Ive been in some Big Lots stores that are just filthy and this one is the cleanest and neatest Ive been in. The staff is always helpful and they are easily found in the store.

Sure you can find some things cheaper at Walmart but their furniture department allows for year round layaway [make payments until you can afford to bring it home with no need for a credit check or extra costs of rent to own stores - bonus if you decide you dont want to go thru with the purchase Bc you like a different newer version your balance can be cancelled and applied to the new purchase! ]
