I love using a small business for any and all of my needs in life, and this pharmacy is the perfect example of why! The second time I went into this location, the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians knew me by name and were a big part of making me feel welcome as a new member of the Big Rapids community! This store has a really nice selection of gift items in addition to the standard medical supplies. They even offer a short-term layaway plan year-round so I dont have to find a hiding place for upcoming birthday gifts!

Whenever I try to pick up my prescriptions, no matter how much ahead of time I call them in they wont start getting them set until I pull into the drive thru anyway. If you value your time, fill your prescriptions anywhere else.

Home town pharmacy, Is an amazing all employees are so friendly and kind they make you feel very welcome. The store always have amazing gifts, and they are always getting different items in, Items you wont find anywhere else. You really need to stop in and check them out .

I love Home Town Pharmacy because they are always ready to assist you in every way they can. I was looking for a specific medical device so I called all the pharmacies in town checking to see if they actually had any in stock. home Town actually checked to see if they had the item and gave me their prices. I have been a customer of Hometown Pharmacy for many years and I absolutely love their service. Now in their newer building they also offer drive up service. I also shop in the store for gifts throughout the year and find items that I dont see anywhere else. Great store!

Always have our prescriptions ready the same day, never have to wait long. Much better than Walgreens by far and less expensive.

The best pharmacy around! Very helpful, pleasant, and eager to please staff. Convenient drive thru window. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time to drop off a prescription, all the while expecting to return the following day to pick it up since it was so close to closing time. The lovely young lady took my Rx, and I said, Ill pick them up tomorrow because Im sure theres no chance of getting my meds now since its 5 to close. She happily said they could fill it then and it would be about a 5 minute wait. Now, I dont know about other places, but Ive yet to find ANY pharmacy that would be willing to fill prescriptions that close to closing time, let alone in 5 minutes! 😱 Keep up the good work Martz and Shapley! Beyond excellent customer service! 👌
